Worst hotel experience in my lifetime

I had arrived at midnight (or 3 am where I was traveling from) and left my vehicle out front for an hour after checking in, exhausted from my travels and attending to other matters. Rather than calling my room, the Manager on duty, Chance Kozak, laughed as he told me he had had my rental car towed from the front of the hotel. One of his staff members (shown in the photo below) was also laughing bedroom behind the front desk.

Disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel- delayed maintenance. Unpainted walls, mold, smelly hallway, uncomfortable mattress, airport shuttle van trashed. Libby area is ok but the room I was in, hallways, and the van , desperately needs a makeover

Good for an overnight.

Good stay. Nice, and quiet. Great service, but pricey food, and drinks. Food wasn't that great. Room was very nice, but tub/shower needs an update
