The evening front desk clerk was rude as heck. Dayshift clerks were sweet at ever. Had a fire scrare while there, they had to evacuate the entire room for 2 hrs outside in the heat of pheonix.

My only complaint about this hotel is the laminate flooring makes the rooms feel sterile, like a Motel 6 pricepoint. I know they are easier to clean than carpet, but they take away from the comfortable feel of a hotel.
