Clean, quiet, spacious villa that allowed for a relaxing stay. Many activities and games to keep tweens entertained. Wonderful tennis and pickleball courts.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Tennis, pickleball, pool, hot tub, free movies, volleyball court. Gym. Putt putt course and chipping green. Everyday activities. Hiking trails close by. The villas had just the right amount of comfort. And the staff was as hospitable and helpful as well. We will be going back soon. One suggestion is they need to buy new tennis rackets. We play a lot in Washington and did not bring our own rackets. But will next time for sure.

Nice resort! However, I was pretty surprised that our condo did not have an oven! There’s a fridge, microwave, stove top, but no oven. We had went to the grocery store and purchased some frozen pizzas and ended up having to make them on the gas grill. Which I will say was one nice thing, they have gas grills for people to use.

We had a great stay at the Scottsdale Camelback resort. We had a villa that was surprisingly large, way more space than needed for two people, and I loved the little balcony on the second floor. I only gave 4 stars for property condition because I thought the bathroom in our villa could use some attention but everything else was wonderful.

Very disappointed for the price. I asked when I booked for an early check in, and was told to come by when I got to town and while not guaranteed they would see what they could do. I showed up at 12:30 asking to check in early and they said they would put a note into housekeeping that I was there and waiting and would call me when the room was ready. I never got a phone call from them and finally went back at 4:30. I was told a room number and that was not the correct room number. Just a very disappointing stay for the money I paid.

Customer Service+, Court Reservations-

Worked well for my visit. Worked well for our needs, worked during week and had place for family to enjoy during that time. Courts for tennis and pickleball are reserved and we couldn't get on to play because people agreements with the facility were using it for lessons or group play so make sure to check in advance. Customer service was great otherwise. Had a microwave so working and a rep came to check on it very quickly, that kind of responsiveness is great.

Overall it is an okay property. Does have the vibe of an old motel 6 that they remodeled the inside. Still seems dated. Resort fees are charged in addition to what is paid through Expedia ($20/day) but we had to buy coffee for the room. They have a small snack bar at pool. Frozen drinks were gross. Thought stay was ok but definitely would prefer a nicer place next time, as I expected a little more from this place.

The Villas were great for a multi-generational girls trip! Two sinks in the bathroom for getting ready. Great kitchenette with all the amenities! The grounds were lovely and pool and nice size!

This is our favorite place to stay in the Valley and we would purchase a membership to Vacatia in a heartbeat if our finances permitted. This is the cleanest resort we've ever stayed at and we've stayed at just about all of them in the greater Phoenix area! This resort is not for everyone because it's a smaller boutique resort with no golf. But the housekeeping and maintenence are top notch. The units are huge! The grounds are utterly beautiful. If it isn't right, they will make it right. If you ask nicely you will receive! We've stayed here nearly a dozen times since 2021 and will always come back for the space, peace and that sparkling pool!

We had an enjoyable weeklong stay. The only negative worth mentioning is our villa backed the busy, noisy East Camelback Road. It was difficult to take calls on patio due to traffic noise. Traffic could be heard all night during sleeping hours.

Check in was at 4 I arrived 10 minutes prior was told my room wasn't ready and I'd have to come back after 4pm which was now like 5 minutes away. About 20 min later the text told me my room was ready. Guy at front desk was rude. Got to my room and was disappointed to see how old and outdated everything was. Definitely not a nice room. It was at least clean though. A lot of better places on the Scottsdale area I wouldn't recommend staying here

Felt like somewhere my parents would have taken us as children in the 90s. Not our speed, but it worked well for the trip we were on. Would be better with a family in tow because it was like an apartment, but it was just my wife and I. We would have preferred a more traditional better located hotel.

When we arrived we did not know that the fridge was turned off by its control knob inside ; this caused us to loose some food and when we told the front desk they did not seem to concerned. The bathroom needs upgrading .

Perfect location and enjoyable resort

Would stay here again, no questions asked. Beautiful grounds with great amenities. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. I spend a lot of time looking for resorts in the area and am glad we picked this one.
