The rooms themselves need a little updating. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with only one bathroom that only had access through the bedroom downstairs. No door on that bedroom as it was open to the living room/kitchen. They kept everything very clean. The pool was very small and hard to get lounge chairs with all the people there. But it was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Everyone there was great. Would go again.

Our villa was quite comfortable. We loved all the activities that were just a few stops away within the Camelback property : mini golf, putting fence, the heated pool and a trail with great landscaping and whimsical statues throughout. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The staff at the Splash restaurant and bar were friendly and so professional. We hope to return soon.

Really nice place to stay... and we really were to bisy to use many of the offerings!. Great 1 bedroom unit with sitting area. Hot tub was great. Had a minor repair needed ... taken care of immediately. Would look to stay there again! Also enjoyed just walking around the property trail!

The accommodations were great. Spacious and clean. The heat in our unit did not work and it took too long to figure out how to solve that problem but it was solved by moving us into another lower tier unit with no compensation offered beyond a free fire log. The staff were courteous and kind and most of them were very responsive. The pool area and restaurant were clean. The rooms do not come with coffee filters or any basic condiments like salt and pepper. The market sold salt and pepper but did not sell other basic items like milk/cream, coffee filters and there's no grocery store in walking distance so a few more basic essentials in the market would be nice. Overall, spacious, clean accommodations for the price in walking distance to Cholla trailhead on Camelback Mountain.

This is a timeshare resort, but we did not stay as "owners", just guests. This is an aged resort, pool area is cramped and limited lounge seating. The kids pool was closed, so they were all in the adult pool. The refrigerator was not working in the unit, and we were not believed at first. The unit was replaced, not offered any compensation for the week's worth of groceries we had to throw out. The maintenance staff was lovely, the Splash serving staff seemed a bit out of it at times. The daily resort fee seems excessive for what it is. We were under the impression it was included in the initial extensive "fees" section of the bill, and were surprised to find another balance due upon check-out. Overall, I hope this timeshare treats its "owners" better than the "guests."
