the room was not clean I was there for three days not even one time they clean it no towel no sop I have to go downstairs to get all that after long day of work. the receptionist was rude did not even apologies she told me that's not her problem that is dayshift problem. kept say repeatedly good night good night good night.

The hotel appeared under renovation. The hallways were dirty. In the room there was no toilet paper or kleenex. After notifying the staff, none was to be found, and I had to go off site to obtain. Also, dirt and fingerprint smudges were on the sink faucet and knobs. In addition, there was noise from adjoining rooms and street noise (all of which I would put up with had I not been upset to begin with). All in all, not an enjoyable stay.

This place does not offer breakfast, they have stale cereal. The whole building is under construction, the windows are covered in plastic so you can’t watch your car. They should not be operating until all this is done.

I come to Phoenix often to visit my daughter. The hotel was overall good value. The hotel was located in a fairly secure neighborhood near I-17. The hotel was going through a renovation when I stayed. It will be nice when they rip out the carpet in the halls. We stayed in renovated room with 2 full sized beds with no carpet! I dislike carpet. Also, the blinds were new. The room was clean and comfortable for the price. The staff is friendly. All the outer doors work with the car key. There is a washer and dryer on the property. There is a small pool and hot tub that appeared to function but we didn’t use it. Cons: breakfast was VERY minimal so we didn’t eat there. Room 203 had low water pressure. I stayed for 7 nights and an although there was a sign that said housekeeping would clean every third day, no one cleaned the room for the duration of my stay. I requested cleaning but still no one came. The fitness rooms was closed to renovations. Overall, compared to the other places, I would rate this hotel 7/10, most likely 8/10 after the renovation is complete.
