Disappointed

The hotel is currently being remodeled with guests present. Our room had items in it from a previous guest and some of the linens had stains on them. Room was comfortable but didn’t feel thoroughly clean. We were going to stay a second night but cancelled and went elsewhere. Disappointed because we have good experiences with Sleep Inn in other locations.

The front desk clerk was rude. My TV did not work and the clerk was not willing to have anyone look at it and fix it. I reqiested a room with a working TV and she immediately declared "we are booked", so the service was lacking.

The property was in very poor condition. The carpets were atrocious. The 2nd floor where my room was was in the process of renovating the hallways. The room was also in poor condition, but the bed was comfortable. The room card scanner did not work so you had to walk clear to the front to get back into the building. I won't be staying here again.
