Stayd here before - great location. Note : There is a legit commercial train line (Industrial) that runs next to the property. Noise is no issue for me - but if you are a sensitive type you need to be aware of the apt location relative to the train.

Communication was terrible. My link didn't work. I called the property number and they couldn't help me. One rep told me that is just how it works and hung up. The carpet was worn and the bathtub appeared to be dirty. The Wi-Fi password was not displayed anywhere so I had to call again. The folder with the PW was in the back bottom of the kitchen cabinets which I discovered later. It was smelling like weed everywhere and the balcony was directly facing a parking garage. Check-in instructions came bit by bit. Very inconvenient. Wouldn't stay there again

The hardest part was getting access to fabs for parking and apartment. This was my first time at Sonder property. I was on the phone for 45 minutes just to get lockbox pass code. But once I got it open I was good. I caught on to the rest. The apartment was spacious and clean. Now that I’m familiar with the process I would stay at Sonder property again.

The property lacks the cleanliness that I would expect from Sonder or anybody else. I was mainly unpleased with the bathroom and property hallways. The elevator is absolutely slow. This property could be saved if it would receive better attention and upkeep. The bathroom tub was looking with water due to drainage issues. The shower head pretty much looked like it had erosion on it, a green and white residue from built up water. I don’t want that on my skin. Let alone do I was to stand in dirty water while showering. The carpet inside the room and in the hallways need to be completely taken up and redone. They have stains everywhere, and I’m not even talking about your typical trash stains. It looks like someone threw bleach all over the floors in the hallways. I didn’t appreciate this property, and the best thing about it had to be the whole foods on the second floor. By the way, the path to get into the parking lot is absolutely too narrow and can cause some serious damage.

The space was nice and a good size. My 2 complaints are, there was an excessive about OG gnats in the unit. I had to go buy vinegar to trap them bc there was so many. And my other complaint is there were ppl trying to follow us in the building and elevator and one girl got in and looked like she was homeless and sleeping on the couch in the lobby. There wasn’t any security or front desk clerks. After I messaged Sonder about it, it took about 4 hours for her to be removed.

I really enjoyed my stay! For myself and my 8 year old son, it was perfect. In unit laundry was a HUGE help. Beautiful kitchen area and communication was fantastic. Fully recommend staying here!

Great location, but a little bit of a hassle to get in the building. The building also had a lot of knats when we stayed in April. Could have been a little cleaner. Also if you like to watch TV in the bed, no TV in the bedroom and no streaming box or cable on the TV in the living room.
