Nice spacious rooms in a convenient location! Only complaints that I have was that there was no body wash or conditioner in my bathroom and that the dishwasher decided to leak a day before checkout. The staff is friendly and attentive to their guest’s needs. Free breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed the pool. Will definitely stay again!

1-Star Review We trusted the reviews on Expedia, but this place was nothing like advertised. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and not ready when we arrived. The sink was clogged, and instead of fixing it, someone just vacuumed the water out. Stains were visible on the seat and couches. The bathroom and shower were filthy, and they even left used towels from previous guests. The manager did nothing when we asked for a price adjustment. She just said, "I cannot do anything." (Alexandra) We also emailed, and no one ever replied. This is not a hotel—it’s more like a two-star motel. It’s advertised like a 4- or 5-star extended stay, but it doesn’t even meet basic standards. We left early, before checkout. Do yourself a favor—spend a bit more and stay somewhere better. This place is not worth the money.

There was quite a mess under the bed in our room, I asked 3 consecutive days to get it cleaned. It did not get cleaned. Disappointed to say the least. The latch for the bathroom door was missing a screw and not secure, and again asked to haved it fixed. They said they would, and it never happened over 4 days.

The room design makes it feel spacious.

The bed is comfortable and I really like the room design and layout. Makes it feel spacious. There are some things not so good that I feel management needs to address coming from a business traveler staying multiple days, and that others would consider reasons not stay here: 1- Cleanliness- - Bed sheets were clean and comfortable. - Bathroom floor was dirty- I used a towel to wipe the floor clean and was good. - Drawers were not wiped clean and the shelves in the room hadn’t been wiped clean for weeks. 2- Bathroom sink had no plug. If something was to drop in the sink, it would go down the pipe and you’d have to call to get it out. 3- There was an iron, but no ironing board 4- Swimming pool and hot tub need to be cleaned. I decided not to get in the hot tub after seeing the condition of the water. All this said, based on price and room design, I am coming back in 2 weeks.
