Pool seating loung chairs were all ripped and not something you can sit in. Breakfast sandwich was $15. Beds were hard and no pillow toppers available. 1 tiny trashcan in the entire room Balcony was TINY! You couldnt even sit facing out because your legs dont fit! $10/night upgrade charge??? Fitness room is just free wts and elliptical and treadmill. No tub in bathroom, only shower. Pool was clean and rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. Had to request a new blowdryer because the first one broke. $5 / night for parking seems crazy too.

This hotel was exactly what I needed, wanted and paid for, with a bonus of very friendly staff. This is an inexpensive stay right in the heart of downtown Flagstaff, right next to the train station. Its an old building where you can hear the street outside, but you can tell the staff take great care in keeping everything nice and clean. It was very refreshing.

Hallway and room was dirty, there was a satin on the floor I’m guessing from a pet. I had to use the sofa bed and was full of hair and stain guessing also from a pet. Overall not satisfied with my stay not to mention that there’s a parking fee, have been staying in a lot of hotels the past 10 years and this is the first time I see one with a parking fee maybe a normal thing but it was the first time I see it.
