The staff was great the entire 3 weeks. All amenities were working, room was clean, and set up for long term rentals. Rooms were exceptionally quiet. When standing in the hallway, one could hear sounds coming from various rooms, but when in your own room it was quiet. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when we return to Tempe area.

The room smells bad, the hall smells better. Had to wait for a long time to get checked in, with no one in front of me. Apparently no one stays at the front desk anymore. Not impressed. I have worked in hospitality before and the standard is crap now, not very friendly either. Couldn't even use the restroom while I was waiting for someone to come to the front desk to check me in as it was locked. Almost peed my pants cuz of the wait! I have a reservation again for in a few weeks and want to cancel it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. I wasn't so sure about the surrounding area. The room we stayed in actually had blood on the wall in the bathroom (Rm 316). We were just there for the one night, but we probably would never stay at this location again.

I understand that cannabis is legal in AZ., but that’s all I could smell in the hallway and coming out of parked cars. I was traveling by myself this time, but I sure wouldn’t feel comfortable if my Family was with me and my grandkids were playing in the pool. Maybe I’m being over cautious!

After checking into a cigarette and marijuana infested room, i was delighted by sirens every night around 9pm during my visit. Asked for an extra hour to get everything together and they woukd not give it to me. Charged me for a day.
