Yes it was very easy. My only recommendation is to have someone clean the grill in the back. Our fire got very big on low and could be dangerous.

I have never done a VRBO before and was unsure of the check in process. I contacted the host who said I'd get the instructions from VRBO but I never did. She had also said that if I didn't get the instructions from VRBO that she would send them the same day as check in. I contacted her on the day of check in and not until 5 pm on the day of check in did I receive the code. We were supposed to be able to check in at 3 pm.Some areas of the floors were not clean. I have pictures if anyone is interested in seeing them. Other than that, the house was fine.
