This 5-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Gilbert for a low-key relaxing experience. Inside, guests find a fantastic mix of comfort & fun ideal for families and groups. Sleeping accommodations are 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds & a pack ‘n play. There are also 4 fold-down futons that can allow for additional sleeping arrangements. The 3 bathrooms offer both showers and bathtubs, adding convenience to your stay. Whether you’re gathering in the spacious living & kitchen areas, game room, movie projector room or retreating to the rear patio accompanied by a propane firepit, Heated pool & Hot Tub, this cozy house feels like a true home away from home.
City center shopping, groceries & many restaurants are no more than a 5 minute drive away for convenience needs. Many golf courses, Top Golf, hiking adventures or just about any other outdoor activities are close by this home. 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. This home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood governed by an HOA. You and your guests will not be disturbed as there is a quiet hours sound ordinance between 10pm-8am. The HOA does not allow street parking except by permitted vehicles only. There are 4 parking spaces available at this home. 2 in garage (garage vehicles no longer than 17 feet) & 2 parking spaces in driveway. A few overflow parking areas for other temporary visitors throughout neighborhood are available, please inquire to host for additional parking information if needed. Neighbors are friendly but some do work from home. Please provide common courtesy with voice levels and music levels. This home and neighborhood is not for any guests who are looking for a louder party atmosphere and/or many vehicles. If you are looking for a low-key and relaxing home for families, holidays or smaller groups up to 12+ then this is the place for you.

This home checked all the boxes for our stay and made it really easy to relax and enjoy time together. From the moment we walked in, everything felt clean, spacious, and well thought out. The open layout between the kitchen and living area was perfect for hanging out. Whether we were cooking, snacking, or just watching TV, everyone could be together comfortably.The bedrooms were great and everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were, which is always a huge win. The upstairs movie room was a favorite spot to unwind, and the game room added a fun touch as well. The pool area was also a highlight, clean, warm, and a great place to spend the day. We especially loved how private and peaceful the backyard felt.The only downside for us was the patio furniture, which could definitely use an upgrade. It didn’t quite match the quality of the rest of the home. That said, it didn’t take away from an otherwise great experience.Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The host was communicative and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend, we’re already booked for next year!

What a wonderful house. You walked into a very fun game room area- super clean. The first floor bath and bedroom was wonderful for our elderly parents. The huge kitchen that was open to a huge TV watching area was wonderful for munching, conversation, being together while food prepping and clean up. The pool was warm, clean, the huge shallow step was a favorite of the sun bathing peeps. The outdoor furniture, umbrella and grill could be upgraded. The umbrella didn’t work, the outdoor wicker sofa and cushions in pretty bad shape. The grill worked- ok. There were only well used plastic plates and bowls in the kitchen for meals. We ended up buying paper plates to work around this. The other four bedrooms and upstairs movie viewing area were great. Everyone reported a comfy bed. All guests were over 23 years old. I loved having the garage clicker. We had a vehicle in the garage at times as the HOSs don’t allow street parking. I’d come back and stay again. Christopher was a good host!

This house checked off everything on our list. The movie theater room was perfect for our kids and the outside pool area was spacious and relaxing. The pool was heated and shaded by a large tree during the day. This property has a large lemon tree and shrubs that block you from the neighbors. We were able to enjoy swimming all day and night with no issues from others around.The kitchen is huge and so was the island to be able to eat at. We have stayed at many properties, but this was the first with the largest living room to seat more than 8 people comfortably. The beds to rooms were great too. Everyone slept great with as many options as we had. I would highly recommend this property as Chris was great to communicate with as well. Don’t pass this one up!
