The master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, direct access to the unbelievable backyard, and an attached private ensuite bathroom. Down the hall, one bedroom has a queen bed, while the last two bedrooms have two full beds in each.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

Pros: The kids loved the backyard. Lots of fun in the pool, mini golf, connect 4...etc. Cons: There was a very weird musty/moldy smell when we first arrived. We had to open all the windows and air the place out. One of the bathrooms had a sewer smell. The Hot Tub wasn't completely full, so we had to fill it with the hose and the 6 propane tanks were all empty. The owner offered to reimburse us for refilling the tanks, but who wants to go run errands for the owner while on vacation!

Great House for Family Stay!

We stayed here w/our kids (all 21). House worked out great! Backyard is as advertised…bar, bocce, pool, hot tub, fire pit, fireplace, putting green & more! House was clean and spacious. We traveled to Sedona, Cave Creek, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert & San Tan Valley, so the location was central for us. Sabrina was very responsive when we had questions during our stay!

Coulda been fabulous

This was around my 15th VRBO rental. It could have been one of the best, it wasn't. I don't think I've left a bad review yet, so I feel bad leaving this but it's important to let people know before they get to a place. I do want to start with the good...It has lovely furniture, bedding and pool. But there are lots missing from kitchen and outdoors if you go by the pictures. Most important missing thing was a full propane tank but there were 6 tanks there? You need to supply your own propane? I think not. The kitchen was the least equipped of all the kitchens I've stayed in. There were NO spatulas (inside or out), terribly scratched frying pans, no grill brush, only 6 glasses, no other cups (except coffee) for inside or out, no umbrellas! The can opener was broken. The fire pit was broken. The Centipede game broken. The hall bath shower didn't work? Oh, and you can't park your car in the garage. I hope the owners fix some of these things, as I said it could be a great rental with lots of fun things to do.
