Clean space, nice customer service, safe area with guarded gate for cars, and even nice guest. Only problem I have is it doesn't have iron or hangers and hot water. It's close to the area that I want to go to so that's a plus.

Just awful! One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Terrible room, terrible location, dirty, broken down, uncomfortable, non-working television, unsafe. Absolute garbage of a hotel.

The room wasnt bad for a remodeled hotel. I used the shower and it had a leak. The water ran out of the bathroom and onto the floor under the bed. It wasnt bad for a couple of nights.

Room smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. Bedding and towels were clean. Coffee was strong to get me going and out of there. Barely worth what I paid, but everything else was pretty expensive. Spring training has the whole area overpacked and overpriced.

This is a budget hotel! But very friendly and competent front desk staff, the rooms were very clean and the bed was acceptable. Great for the price! Within a few hundred feet there's not only fast food but Hana House Middle Eastern Restaurant which was really good food for cheap. Good for any budget traveler. We will stay here again when we go to Spring Training.

Room was basic. Obviously a little old and well used. Appreciate that there was no carpet. Air worked fine, but shower water was barely warm. Did not experience any bugs. There is no breakfast offered at this hotel. Did not use laundry service. My room faced the highway - noise actually wasn't too bad (with the AC fan continuously on).

Our room was on the second story and when we went in it reeked like cigarettes. We went back to the lobby and they changed our room with no problem. The second room smelled okay but then we left and came back a few hours later and our room smelled like cigarettes. I think their smoking rooms are on the first floor and smoke just makes its way up to the non smoking rooms. Other problems were that the bathroom door looked like someone punched two holes in it. Also the toilet reservoir took about 30 minutes to refill after a flush, so you couldn't double flush or have someone use the toilet after you did. Another problem was the pool was visibly dirty and the jacuzzi was filled with rocks. So, no jacuzzi. I'd probably give it a rating of a 2.5 star hotel.

Clean room, nice & friendly staff. Sink didnt turn on when we first got there but was quickly fixed. Rooms were very spacious. Gated fence, and Security was at the entrance to greet you as well. Security was nice & friendly. I liked that we were given a parking pass which allows just the guests onto the property. 👍

The room is not maintained. The floor is dirty, AC is broken and filthy, only 3 tv channels, the door to the room is scuffed and dirty. It is very noisy, curtain on the window got detached.

The toilet wasn’t working, the tub was both clogged and slippery, there were no hangers in the closet, there was no phone in the room to call the front desk to ask for hangers, and when I tried calling the front desk from my cell, no one answered.
