Great location between Scottsdale and Tempe. That's about the only good thing I can remember. The price was very high for what we received. They had no live TV, only apps that wanted you to pay to access. We also left a Beauty Rest pillow in our room. We called and spoke with a manager who said he'd get back to us. No reply. So the second day we texted the other manager and was told they'd get back to us. Text messages the following day did little to locate the pillow (an expensive Beauty Rest).

Will stay again next year for Spring training season. The room was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the location was great and safe. My only recommendation is the couch, pillows and bed are a bit uncomfortable. I don’t know what a solution for that would be but felt it was worth noting because Ibprofen was needed every morning. BUT this place was great and would stay again just will bring my own pillows and see if that helps.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The pool area was lovely! We loved drinking coffee by the pool in the morning and wine by the pool in the evening. We felt at home. Very enjoyable.

Staff was great. Very accommodating. They have a public great room with board games, even cornhole. Grounds were very clean, and they replaced pool towels quite often, ensuring guests had them. Pool area was also very clean as were the rooms. It is family-friendly. Easy to get in and out and still close to lots of things.

It’s an older place but very clean. Staff was very friendly lots of amenities, coffee in the lobby in the morning and a welcome basket in the room with snacks upon arrival. We would stay here again.

The purpose of the trip was leisure and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and attentive. We found the room comfortable and very clean. A grocery store and restaurants were in walking distance. The zoo and botanical gardens are not too far as well. We enjoyed nightly dips in the hot tub.

It was really nice, I liked that it was all gated in. The front staff was super nice and accommodating. They had free treats in the room, the only thing I would say was a negative is that the couch in the living room area was pretty dirty with "white" stains all over it.

Very disappointed with my stay at Tempe Oasis. The hotel is advertised as five-star, but it felt nowhere near that — more like a 2.5-star experience. Housekeeping only cleaned my room once during a 3-night stay, and that was the night before checkout. There were gnats flying in the room. Only one TV was provided in the living room area, not in the bedroom. There’s no service after 10 PM, and when I needed extra towels, I had to wait until the next day. Definitely not the level of service expected from a “five-star” property.

Courteous staff, clean rooms, lovely property and pool. The manager happened to be about when we arrived at our room, and greeted us, welcomed us, and encouraged us to ask for his assistance if needed. Our place was much like an apartment sized Air BnB, complete with washer, dryer, and dishwasher. We received a welcome basket of snacks, water and needed kitchen/laundry supplies. There are always snacks, water and coffee available for free near the front desk. The rooms are spacious, but a bit out dated as far as paint and decor. Located in a safe area, the property is gated with a code. The room doors also use a code. The rooms are not cleaned every day, unless you request that.The only drawback we had was that no one is on duty at the desk late evening or early morning. We only saw a maintenance man cleaning the outside area after hours, and he could not help us with our questions.

Room is large and clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom floor is warped so the door scrapes over it. The gate outside our room clangs loudly if idiots don't see the large sign telling them to close it softly.

We had a king bed suite. It was really spacious, full size fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, and washing machine! Nice separate sitting area, super comfortable bed, and separate bathroom area. Quite. Felt very safe. Must have code to get into gated area where the rooms are. Nice pool area. They leave a nice little box of snacks on your arrival. Definitely would stay here again.
