Had a really nice stay and staff was great. Hotel is showing its age, but was adequate and clean for our purposes. Really enjoyed the pool and they had canoes and pedal boats to use on the lake, just didn't have a chance to because the recent storm raised the water level so much temporarily. Had breakfast at the restaurant and it was really good, with the view being the best part.

The stay was for my parents 35th anniversary. They loved the stay and all the staff was very friendly. I checked them in the day before the stay so I could drop some gifts and my interaction with the front desk was great as well. My only con is the lobby area was not air conditioned as the rooms and the halls by the rooms. Unfortunately in late September in Arizona it’s still very hot (high 90 low 100) so waiting to check in I started to get warm.

Great stay, rooms just need microwaves

Very comfortable, romantic, and in the perfect location! The only thing that was missing would be microwaves in the rooms, so that we can heat up our leftovers from dinner without having to go to the lobby.
