Loved the aesthetic of the hotel. Staff was friendly, helpful and the hotel was well maintained. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The location was so centrally located to shops, dining and it was easy to get around on foot and bike. I highly recommend this hotel! My only complaint is the lack of complimentary toiletries.

When we first arrived we waited nearly 30 minutes to check in even after we had checked in online through the text messages the hotel sent us. The room aesthetic was beautiful in the photos but grungy and worn in real life. The room was clean but there were areas of the room that look like they hadn’t been wiped down like the doors, walls and cabinets. The following morning we were told by staff that breakfast couldn’t be served to us because they don’t open until 8 when it was advertised 7am. We had yogurt parfait from the bar $16 each. Also we couldn’t even get into the pool or jacuzzi because they were dirty with leaves and bugs.

I had a really nice stay overall, and the hotel itself is beautiful with a prime location. The rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. However, I was genuinely surprised by the lack of hospitality from much of the staff. Aside from a few standouts—Braelyne, Taylor, and Alexa, who were absolutely amazing—the rest of the team seemed disengaged and, at times, inconvenienced to assist me and my friends. It was an odd experience, especially given the price point. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected consistent, warm service across the board. Sadly, I wouldn’t return because of this. I’d highly recommend the staff read Irresistible Hospitality—it could make all the difference.

Nice hotel, especially for the price. Pool and courtyard areas can be noisy, so consider that when selecting a room. Very good restaurant. Room was clean, and the property is well maintained. Bathroom space is a little tight, but the room overall was good sized. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location - close to restaurants and shopping. The free shuttle is a nice bonus.
