Our stay at the Townplace Suites was made to be exceptional by serving a hot daily breakfast and evening snacks, in addition to the full kitchen included in the suite. These amenities were very convenient and helped to reduce our overall food budget. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Phoenix-Tempe area.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great, something for everyone! Complimentary Papa John's pizza each evening in the lobby was a very nice surprise! Rooms were clean, no complaints at all! After check out, I did notice on my invoice that they charged us for parking each evening even though we did not have a car. I called the front desk and they agreed to remove those charges. Certainly would choose this hotel again.

The free breakfast was phenomenal! Great options everyday. The staff was incredible. A couple shoutouts go to Christian, Tera, Vaunie & Edwin for the great customer service. I felt like I built relationships with these people. The hospitality was beyond my expectations. I would love to go back to this location next time we come into town.
