You will feel right at home in this fun, 4 bedroom property with fantastic amenities! This place has been designed for an AMAZING guest experience! You'll absolutely love the backyard with the private pool and hot tub. You'll also love the putting green and numerous TVs set up both inside and outside so you'll never miss a game. This home is conveniently located near grocery stores and numerous restaurants all within a mile. There are also golf courses, hiking trials, the Airport, and the Cardinals Stadium all within 25 min . While this area is not Scottsdale, our neighborhood is safe and friendly.

The Space:
» Private backyard with large pool (heating optional for an additional fee)

» Smart TVs in the living room, all bedrooms, and near grill and hot tub.

» Furnished with all the conveniences one would expect on vacation.

» The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking supplies.

» Master bedroom features a King sized bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanities and walk in shower, and a private exit to backyard.

» A Queen sized bed can be found in both bedrooms 2 and 3.

» A bunk bed with a Full sized bed on the bottom and a Twin sized bed on the top can be found in room 4.

» Washer and dryer are also available for guests to use.

Pool Heating:
» During the summer the pool does not need additional heating, however during the winter months we recommend heating it. It is an additional $80/day to keep it comfortable enough for you to enjoy. The hot tub is always heated at no charge.

From now on, this is the house that I'll be renting whenever I travel to Glendale/Phoenix. The host was absolutely incredible and beyond accomodating. The house had so much fun stuff to do to keep the kids and adults busy. The pool was clean and refreshing. The location of the home was excellent with lots of great stores nearby all within a very safe neighborhood. Can't wait to stay there again!

Great Golf Trip

Four guys on a golf trip to play and visit the Phoenix Open. This house was great fit for our group. It had plenty of room and the amenities were great. We just used the hot tub instead of the pool for this time of year.The location was very central to where we needed to be and the host was very communicative and I would recommend this home.

Great Getaway with Friends.

We stayed here for Boys trip, House at all the amenities. Communications with owner was great. Putting green, pool was nice touch. I highly recommend

Nice Place, Not the Best Neighborhood

March 2024 - The property is nice inside and in the backyard. Lots to do (billiards, darts, putting, Jacuzzi and swimming pool). Remember the pool really isn't useable until about May, the water is way too cold. You can ask to heat the pool but it's big and they charge $150/day. The neighborhood is going down hill so keep that in mind. Also, we took the family, the kids enjoyed all the activities the house had to offer but the house definitely has a "bachelor pad" vibe.

So many upgrades and comfortable/fun touches!

Ammon is an attentive and thoughtful host. We try to usually be easy guests but we had some questions during our 6-day stay, from hot tub maintenance to trash collection, and he was immediately responsive and kind every single time. The property is a true oasis and my family loved crashing there every night to putt golf balls, lounge in the water or talk to the chickens. Even the little things like coffee (not just the pot and Keurig machines, but actual coffee grounds and pods stocked so we could have coffee first morning before grocery shopping) were all taken care of. Thank you for helping my family make some great memories!

Great Family House

We stayed with our two older teen-agers. The back yard and all the entertainment options available to our family was perfect for our little get away. It was right after Christmas so the festive decorations of the neighbors was pleasant as we arrived. It was a quiet neighborhood and perfect for a family get away if you're mostly planning to just "hang at home". We had chickens when our kids were little so it was a nice little touch as well. We would stay again!
