Refunds will not be considered outside of this window for any reason.

House Rules
- An orange key will be provided to access the pool. Please leave the key on the entryway counter when not in use.
- Parties and any disruptive events are strictly prohibited. Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests shown in the listing, and all guests must be included in your reservation. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the premises and/or removal from the booking platform. Refunds will not be considered in the event of a violation.
- Pets: We are restricted to 1 small dog only. Please inquire about it before booking with a pet. If approved, we kindly ask that you pick up after your pet and do not allow it on the furniture or bedding.
- No tape or adhesive is allowed to be attached to the walls.
- Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. Please be a considerate neighbor.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Please treat the place as if it were your own, report any damages immediately, and leave things as you found them.
- If you happen to notice any kind of cleaning error or damage upon checking into the property, please make sure to notify us right away along with pictures so we can address it ASAP. Refunds will not be considered in the event of an unreported issue that we were not given the opportunity to address. By reserving our property you understand that while we do our best to ensure that the property is up to standard, please be aware that refunds will not be considered for ordinary wear and tear.
