Great Stay

Had booked a year in advance as we wanted to be in Phoenix for spring training. The hotel was beyond expectations. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Great week stay. Easy to get anywhere in the city . Will definitely stay again when in Phoenix.

Stayed 4 nights and It was way way way to noisy. We couldn't sleep because of the traffic. We woke up around 4 a.m not by choice but by vehicles going by. I don't know if the windows are thin or what but u could hear everything. Was not happy. Other than that everything else was good.

We had 2 kings 2 bedroom suite. The room is spacious and kitchen equiped. There was dust balls on the kitchen hanging light cords. An old stained worn out 2 seat sofa was the only furniture. It was cold while we stayed, requested a blanket from room service and was told they don't have blankets. No blankets in a hotel? Asked for recommendations on restaurants or things to do in the immediate area and neither person working at the desk knew of any suggestions. For the name Wyndham to be associated with this hotel and the price per night, I was very disappointed and won't likely stay again.

It was OK, but not a home run

There were no Do Not Disturb signs to tell the housekeepers to not enter the room because we had not checked out and were returning on the day of departure before the noontime checkout time. A desk clerk also failed to inform the housekeepers even after we made the request. All that being said, the primary desk clerk was apologetic and wrote off our incidentals as a comp. Also there appears to be a parking fee not mentioned in the property description.

The Hotel is very modern looking with a pool, very spacious and the room had just about everything you need including a full size washer and dryer. When we arrived there was no one at the desk for about 10 minutes. Although they had complimentary coffee they had no decaf. There was some damage in the shower, they charge $8 a day for parking and there’s a $100 deposit.

Nice Hotel

When we arrived it was 1.5 hr past check in time, the lady said there weren't any rooms, i said its past the check in time and we needed to go to the room and change to leave in 30 minutes to dinner. She checked agsin and found us a room. There weren't any TVs in the room and had to be put in when we left. The rooms were clean, and nice. Overall stay was great.
