It’s convenient

The place is clean, the staff on duty that day was awesome. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night causing a total self evacuation of all residents, that was inconvenient, I don’t blame the staff or Woodspring, false alarms happen. Better safe than stuck in a burning building. The sound proofing is horrible, I can’t express that enough, from slamming doors to heavy feet, it can be tough to get good sleep when people are checking in at all hours.

Ikea of hotels

Front desk staff at check-in was super friendly and informative. The room was clean. Not fancy or showy but clean well kept. Reminds me of an Ikea, not fancy, but functional and well kept.

This was not what I expected! The building construction is not good. You can hear everything all through the facility. Couldn't sleep due to the constant floor and wall noise. Complained to manager but have to check out early was not good stay.

There was a fee for linen service. The bed only had 3 terrible pillows. For two of us there was only 1 wash cloth and 1 bath towel and no hand towl.

I hated this place I didn’t even stay. I walked into the lobby and there was a black woman screaming at the top of her lungs. I should have checked out then but I thought I’d give it a chance since I already paid. Then I get into my room and immediately disliked the room it felt cheap. The thing that made me leave was it was just too loud and I couldn’t get any sleep so I checked out after an hour. I would like a refund but they said they couldn’t help me so I’m out $179 bucks
