No noise insulation

No carpet on floor, which meant you heard every step, shuffle, scraping of chair as it’s moved. And the first night luckily there didn’t seem to be anyone above us, second night was awful, it’s as if they were wearing cowboy boots and rearranging the room around. They were up late and woke up early, no sleep for us. Staff basically said there was nothing they could do! Will not stay again!

I did not like the fact that there was no available rest room until I got to my room. You need to consider people have probably been sitting for a while. Finding restroom soon could be really important.

Sleepless Night

This was a sports trip, one night stay. Thankfully! The hotel was, by far, the loudest place we've EVER stayed. There was noise in the hallway all night. The room above us rolled their luggage around all night. It wasn't even "honeymoon" type noises. We were next door to the laundry room and could hear that too. Minus the pubic looking hairs & stain on one of our towels, the room was clean and had plenty of room for the two of us. They did trade the towel out after we walked the dirty one down to the lobby for them. Check in & out was simple and the employees were friendly enough.

Our room's bathroom was dirty when we checked in and the drain in the tub was clogged. I have to call for maintenance and housekeeping to come and clean it. There was hair all over the tub in the bathroom that was not my hair or my mother's who was traveling with me.

Well for what you pay for is just hard to accept know what you get at other properties for about the same price. Frist if you want a fresh set of towels you have to go get them at the front like a laundry service. Never heard of that. You also pay a surchager of 2.00 for that. 2.) NO ICE MACHINE??? what?? what in the ICEWORLD is going on HERE? WHAT did ICE ever do to you? To not get a little corner in your hotel for its; customers. WIll NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN
