Has a kitchen, but there are no plates, bowls or utenails...unleas you biybthem at the front desk. There is no service whatsoever no matter how long you stay. Not trash, not toilet paper. Nothing. You can pay $2 for a swapped set of towels, no matter how long your stay. This is not what I would call a budget hotel. It was $150/night. A Super 8 would be a better choice. If one of my kids said they planned to stay here, I'd take them out of the will. It's freaking awful.

For the price we paid, this was a rip-off. One measly bar of soap in the bathroom, no shampoo, no conditioner, no anything else. No coffee maker, tea or even cups in the rooms. If you want to cook something you have to rent plates and forks. The bed was advertised as a queen but it really was a full size, and not comfortable....and there is no daily maid service....its basically as budget as you can get...but not cheap. Avoid, we will never stay here again. The one upside is that it is very clean but only because it is brand new. I can see this place getting worm out quickly with its cheapness and lack of cleaning staff.....Ugh, never again

No bells and whistles hotel. The bed is the most basic of basic, definitely cheap. The AC unit sounded like a lawn mower was running all night, there was no ice machine. For the price it was an awful value

Could use better management

All hotels should have a bible in their rooms. This one did not. Point for choice rewards did not count even though it is advertised. Clean room. Better management is needed as I had concerns and I was not able to extend my time. I felt discouraged and disappointed when they would not extend my room rental. I was a great guest. I even took my own trash out.

Good location, friendly helpful staff and very clean. Could have provided hand towels and a minimum of kitchen items like a couple of coffee cups or utensils. Kitchenette was rather useless to appeal to someone on a shorter stay. Queen room is more for one person, only one bedside shelf. We had to move the bed to access both sides.

For the price i paid, the room was not what i expected. Anything and everything we needed was an extra charge or was not provided. The size was small and i didnt realize i needed to pay extra for a couch. The overall experience was unsatisfactory and i will not be going back.
