The transportation staff were quite helpful and amazing!! The breakfast crew were Awesome and Amazing! We had a Blast at our Cooking Class!! Sign up for the cooking class at Dewai 24 hours in advance and have a wonderful Thai Experience!! We (Fam of Four) stayed an entire week and decided to upgrade to the 2 bedroom suite and it was sooo worth it!! Check it out…. The staff are most deserving of every generous gesture of kindness that you are able to give them through tipping!!!

Room was fabulous and the pool area looked great. Food was also really good and the drinks overall good value. We stayed half board for 6 nights. Whilst the restaurant food was excellent quality, the dinner service was really poor. Not attentive, didn’t try to ask if we wanted drinks throughout the meal, brought courses out so close together. It felt (other than one person) everyone was in training, bored even. It wasn’t busy and as guests there for several nights, it was a little odd. That said the staff were very nice and even with a lot of rain, we managed to relax plenty. I recommend staying for 1-2 nights rather than an extended break.

Nice resort for family wanting a quiet and relaxing time. There are mosquitoes during the wet season so bring insect repellent. Make sure your doors and windows are closed, if not you might wake up with bites all over.

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel. First of all, I booked and confirmed transportation from Phuket Airport to the Dewa Resort one day before my arrival. I received a message from the hotel confirming the pick-up. However, after waiting for more than 30 minutes at the Domestic Terminal 1 arrivals area, nobody showed up. When I called the hotel, they claimed the driver was there — which was simply not true. I finally took a taxi on my own. No one from the hotel apologized for this incident. Secondly, when I arrived, there was no water in the room until 6 PM. The room itself was damp and far from the pictures shown on Expedia.
