Great Hotel, Perfect Staff

This is our 10th time at Four Points hotel. The hotel is great! First of all the staff, extraordinary hospitality and kindness. The service is the best. Other than that, perfect location, great food and very clean. Highly recommended:)

It’s our second time staying at Four Point. We just find the hotel is nice. Clean . Location at a quieter end of Patong, yet near the beach and shopping. All plus for our needs.

On our first night, an in-house guest from another level, who appeared to be intoxicated, knocked on our door and rang the doorbell three times late at night. This was particularly inconvenient as my partner was unwell. When we informed the staff the next morning, Guy and Hannah went above and beyond to address the situation. While the incident was unfortunate, we truly appreciate their efforts in acknowledging and rectifying it.

A luxury hotel on the beech front, we had a room with a wonderful view. The arrival was great, looked after and cases taken to the room. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping team are a credit. The pools were clean and looked after, the swim up bar was very nice. Sears bar was the standout, we had our breakfast here, the food on offer was incredible, the evening and afternoon menu was great and the cooking is outstanding. All the staff are wonderful, polite and kind. This is our favorite hotel after visiting hundreds
