Even though the resort is a stone's throw from Bangla Road you would never know. With the best of both worlds with a pool and the beach at your toes, the location was perfect. Fun on your doorstep one way, with the beach the other. The service was wonderful and housekeeping exceptional.

The property has excellent location on the beach and in the middle of the Patong market, best of both worlds, the room allocated was excellent. However I feel the front desk staff need to be more hospitable in nature and behavior towards the guest. Every request like early chek in, request for room cleaning etc is met with some if's and but's by the front desk staff rather than a "certainly will get it done" attitude. They feel more like bureaucrats sitting on desks when one approaches with some request. An example I requested room cleaning the staff said "it will be in a queue as they are cleaning other rooms" There is a way to convey the same message in a different way to the guest. HOSPITALITY !!!

The hotel itself is very nice — great location, clean rooms, and overall a pleasant property. The facilities and general atmosphere meet expectations, and the staff were polite. However, our stay was significantly affected by the room allocation. We were placed in a room at the edge of the hotel directly next to a beach club. Every night there was loud music until around midnight, and on some nights even fireworks as late as 1am. Sleep quality was very poor as a result. The hotel provided ear plugs, but this is not what you expect from a premium hotel experience. Noise management or proper room allocation should be handled proactively rather than asking guests to adapt to excessive noise. I would recommend the hotel overall, but strongly advise requesting a quiet room away from the beach club area.
