I’ve visited Thailand before, but this has easily been the best hotel experience I’ve had at so far. From the unbeatable location to the warm and welcoming staff, everything exceeded my expectations. And the breakfast absolutely worth waking up for. Location wise, it’s perfect. Everything you could possibly need is just a short walk away. no taxis required. From massage places just 2 minutes, local food joints all along the walk. shopping mall just 5 minutes walk and even Bangla Road and the beach are only about 10 minutes on foot.. 5* to the staff.

Everything was great, room wifi is strong. Staffs are and friendly room was worth the price. Area is close to most food and party area. Breakfast was delicious as well. The only cons, saw some baby cockroach crawling in the toilet. Other than that everything else was perfect

Good location, friendly staff. The hotel could use a bit of a Reno or facelift, as it’s getting a little tired. But at the price we paid, we were more than happy. Value for money is extremely good. Although we may be happier than most, as we received a free room upgrade to a mini suite. Seperate bedroom, lounge/living area. 2 TVs, 2 balconies, one of which was massive wrap around the corner style, overlooking the second pool…. 2 Split system air cons were old n well used, but did a great job of keeping our rooms 21 degrees. Shame the outdoors are balcony mounted, as they are pumping hot air out there… Good breakfast buffet included. Bathroom was small and a bit rough looking. This is the main reason I only gave 4 stars.

Very spacious rooms. Hotel is very close to main streets and shopping, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Very old furniture , beds and uncomfortable shower and toilet are very old and smell is horrible. Staff in hotel is so nice and helpful very friendly. Breakfast is nice lots of choice.

I highly recommend Patong Heritage Hotel.The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and quiet. The staff is exceptionally friendly, always willing to help with a warm smile and humble attitude. Another significant advantage of this hotel is its outstanding breakfast spread, catering to even the pickiest of eaters. Vegetarian options are also plentiful, ensuring all guests have something to suit their taste. A lovely coffee corner is an added bonus, where staff are happy to prepare authentic Thai coffee, along with a selection of specialty teas. It's the perfect way to start your day. The hotel also features a lovely swimming pool, which I regretfully didn't have time to enjoy during my stay. However, I'm confident it's a wonderful spot to unwind, especially for those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere over the ocean. The hotel's location is ideal, within walking distance to the mall, Bangla Street, and numerous stores and restaurants serving traditional and international cuisine. While a car can be convenient for exploring different beaches, it's not necessary for navigating the neighborhood. Taxis (tuk-tuks) are readily available everywhere, making it easy to get around, even for those who prefer not to drive. Note that driving in the area can be quite challenging.

I had to change rooms 2 times because of the AC not working properly, dripping water and very noisy, manager tried to blame me, saying that out of all guests I was the only one complaining, fact is that the very night I checked in there was a Russian woman complaining about the AC (same issues I experienced) and asking to be moved to an other room. I cannot say anything about the food or the staff because they were very nice. But the hotel looks like was built in the 70s and nothing has changed or fixed, the showers were horrible, ceiling was cracked. Not a good experience, the first 4-5 nights I could sleep cause of the loud noise of the AC, eventually after changing 2 rooms I had to buy earplugs to be able to sleep. Manager was an absolute incompetent and tried to blame me. Anyway not a good experience I would not recommend this hotel to no one, don't let the photos fool you.
