The overall aesthetics including hardware were good. Nicely appointed rooms, great large family style pools. What needs improvement is the software. There seems to be no sense of urgency or any call of action to your feedback. Overall food was disappointing, IRD Hainan chicken rice was over cooked with no flavors, texture of taste. Plisa the lady on the phone was not very accommodating as well as Boom the night duty manager. Our sleep for 3 nights was disturbing due to the two beds been joint to make one king bed Thank you for the upgrade to a pool room on the ground floor and bottle of wine as service recovery on the shortfalls but no one checked upon our comfort the following days if we were sleeping well or not. Breakfast Ms Pai at the waffle station always had a grumpy and a non accommodating attitude if we requested for hot pancakes her answer was take the ones which are on display first, zero anticipation on guest request or needs Jane at check in was professional and polite. Overall our stay was a hit and a miss in many aspects we would want to return however it’s the food and the staff that also contribute to the entire experience which on this stay wasn’t good

Poor level, not worth the time and money

Hi. First time ever seeing this poor level of maintenance and cleaning. I've changed room while staying and in each room there was a serious cleaning problem. At the first room I had a cockroach and in the second room long hair remains in the bathroom immediately after I entered. Stuff is very kind, but not as attentive as in other hotels. In regard to the location, on Hotels.Com app it shows a different location which is on the beach road and not as in reality where the location is at the parallel Road further east. I'm attaching photos of the things I've described in this post.

Great hotel on Patong beach. No complaints about the facilities, just a shame of walking out of the room in the 4th block and smelling foul sewage. No fault of the hotel.

Overall experience was great and the kids pool was amazing!! Just some small areas of improvement: Buffet was a little limited with options but quality was good. Didnt like the fact that we had to make our own coffees for the breakfast buffet (everywhere we’ve stayed, our coffee order would be taken when we were seated). Rooms were a little smaller than we liked. No water was provided at the swimming pool lounges (again, everywhere we’ve stayed this was provided).

I have visited Phuket four times, but this was by far the most enjoyable trip, thanks to the outstanding hospitality at this property. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and memorable stay. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the well-organized hotel activities, every detail was thoughtfully managed. The level of service truly exceeded expectations, making this experience stand out from my previous visits. Great family holiday

A great resort for a break away - whether a family trip or just with friends. The resort is located very centrally but once inside you are in a tranquil and secluded hotel with multiple restaurants, bars and pools. The food was amazing at every restaurant and the staff were all really lovely, especially the room service staff. The beds and pillows were great and room amenities excellent. Overall terrific stay and we would highly recommend this hotel.

A perfect hotel that provides everything you need

Excellent hotel, pays attention to every little detail, provides an experience for the family and children. Kids club with perfect staff, who even made sure to have a farewell party for the kids. Beach club for adults, adult pool, water park for children, excellent breakfast. Being in Patong without feeling Patong.

The check-in process and the initial refusal to honour the all inclusive offer we had prebooked that was only overturned by the duty manager because he "couldn't find proof" in the booking that it wasn't booked for all three guests left a bitter taste. The implication was very clear that he was saying the booking was somehow invalid. Eventually he 'let it go'. There is some retraining needed on front desk and the duty manager involved. Im stark contrast the staff everywhere else in the hotel were amazing for our whole stay from kids club to restaurants they were amazing. The food itself in the restaurants was of very high quality, and the service was.likewise so

El hotel es espectacular, usualmente iba al Marriot que está en Merlin, pero de ahora en adelante solo iré a este. La ubicación es perfecta, y no es ruidoso para estar en Patong -como uno se imagina-; me Encantó todo, la cercanía a la playa tan solo cruzando la calle, el recién inaugurado club Endless Summer está hermoso, buena música, buen ambiente. Del otro lado por la Rat Uthit Song Road se puede caminar a muy buenos restaurantes y cerca al Jungceylon. Si hay disponibilidad el upgrade de habitación es increíble. Y por supuesto el desayuno ni que hablar, excelente con muchísimas opciones, cocina local, western, chinese, Hindi. El customer service de todos sus colaboradores perfecto como siempre. Es por lejos el Mejor hotel en Patong.
