I am very disappointed with my stay. I was given an upgrade and early check in, which was nice. However, the cleanliness issues I experienced were unacceptable. I dropped my bags off after checking in, and I noticed that there were bloodstains and a hair on my bedding. I asked them to replace the bedding. I returned later that night, and they had replaced the bedding. However, I then went to the restroom and noticed a TOENAIL on the floor (it was not mine, as I had left for the whole day). This was absolutely disgusting. It was too late at night to have housekeeping remake the room, so I was going to wait until the next day. However, I then found 3 ants on the desk, and a coiled hair on the ground. I called to ask to check out early the next day, and I asked if I could just pay for the night I stayed, but they said I would have to pay in full because of my nonrefundable rate. They offered me a new room, but I was so grossed out that I didn’t even want to risk the new room being just as bad. This is NOT a “luxury” resort. It was obvious very little housekeeping had been done before I entered the room. I ended up leaving and just paying in full. Stay at the Four Points next door— excellent housekeeping and service there. I gave 2 stars because The Charm had kind people and a large room, but these were the ONLY good things about the resort.

The service was good. Food was good and reasonably priced. Roof top pool is amazing with view of the beach. It is away from all the attractions eg. Elephant trekking, ATV, the Big Buddha, etc. The refundable security payment of Bhat 3000 or £100 is too much. Disappointed that we requested for Bidget to be repaired on the first day but it did not happen. Overall was ok and would stay again.

Wonderful location, easy to walk to beach and restaurants. Housekeeping would clean our room at about 6pm which was inconvenient but the staff were very pleasant and accommodating with requests and greetings. The upper pool is lovely and so are the mojitos!

Property is close to Patong beach, less traffic on the street, easy access to some shopping and food stalls, property is updated to a modern living. What I don't like is that, me and my partner booked a room with pool access, water was not bad, there's just a strong smell from the sewage that would make you think you are swimming in it, and pool was little dirty, only swim 4 times on our 10 days stay in that room, but the infinity pool was awesome, liked the Patong beah view and the cooling water, sky bar was lovely.

I liked the ac, and the pool in this hotel and the location. The room are very old and looks like an outdated 1 bedroom apartment, was dirty, flies in the room, at one point the bathroom sink was all clogged up with hair and stuff. The breakfast was the worst of all. Disgusting I had to walk down to a hotel near called four points to get fresh bread fresh eggs fresh fruits and fresh coffee. Will not stay here again.
