The hotel is quite charming and decorated in a way to evoke a sort of colonial nostalgia with an eye towards Instagram. The staff is all very friendly though not particularly slickly trained. The room and bathroom were decorated to charm but furnished, lit and designed in quite an impractical way Location is very central and you can walk anywhere in the Old Town. Perfectly fine for a night or two.

Best stay in Phuket old town

All I can say is WAOW!!! This was our last stop during a 20 day south east Asia trip and I truly wish we stayed here for longer. The charm and beauty of this hotel are above and beyond. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. From the location to the aesthetic - we fell in love. So many thoughtful details and amenities for their guests. Thank you Memory at on on, we will definitely be back.

This hotel was truly special and felt like we were living in history. Location is fantastic, very walkable and close to all the action, yet serene inside. Loved the complimentary tea, coffee, and local snacks. Enjoyed sitting in the common areas for some downtime. The rooms on the ground floor do not have any natural light so next time, I would request a room on a higher floor. But for one night, it was perfect.

The hotel was very close to shopping and restaurants. My room was beautifully appointed in a Chinese style and would be perfect for a romantic trip. Gigi and Jenny on reception were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved It!

Check-in was both smooth & pleasant. Room was clean & comfortable. Room & washroom amenties were adequate. Staff were very friendly. Location is excellent. Walking in & around the Old Town neighbourhood was very convenient from the hotel. Lots of f&b outlets around as well. Spoilt for choice. Thank you to Amanda, Jenny, Gigi and rest of the staff for their hospitality. Will definitely be my go to hotel the next time we're in Phuket Old Town. Highly recommended!

The On On hotel has the friendliest staff. Rooms are great. It is a perfect place to discover Phuket Old Town. Absolutely loved the hotel and would come back anytime.
