Au coeur du village

Appartement trÚs fonctionnel et trÚs trÚs propre, la piscine est un vrai plus. La terrasse et le petit potager sont trÚs agréables. Il est trÚs bien placé pour visiter le village à pied. Les hÎtes sont particuliÚrement chaleureux et accueillants, on se sent en vacances comme en famille ;-)

Maison trÚs bien équipée

Maison trÚs bien équipée et super propre, les chambres et la salle d'eau manquent néanmoins de clarté de part la configuration. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine à cause du temps capricieux mais le confort était là (transats, table...) la propriétaire est trÚs agréable. Pas grand chose dans le centre bourg (pas trouvé de boulangerie) et les rayons du magasin U faisaient peine à voir...nous avons du aller sur Porto pour faire des courses dignes de ce nom.

Een geweldig verblijf in een perfect appartement met een nagenoeg privé zwembad tot onze beschikking. Gelegen op een ideale plaats in een zeer mooi gedeelte van Corsica. Gaan zeker nog een keer terug.

Logement situĂ© Ă  deux pas du centre du village, avec toutes les commoditĂ©s sur place (boulangerie, boucherie et petit supermarchĂ© - un peu cher mais bien pour dĂ©panner). La maison est d'une propretĂ© incroyable, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able : cafetiĂšre, clim, machine Ă  laver, lave vaisselle etc ... Les hĂŽtes sont trĂšs accueillants et rĂ©pondent Ă  toutes les demandes. Les voisins sont trĂšs sympathiques et bienveillants (nous leur adressons un clin d'oeil amical 😉). Nous n'hĂ©siterons pas Ă  revenir.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Einrichtung war wie beschrieben, wir hatten nichts auszusetzten. Le paradis c'est ici

Unsere Zeit in Piana war sehr gut, angefangen bei der super Unterkunft, ruhig und trotzdem nur wenige Gehminuten ins Ortszentrum. Idéalement placé. TrÚs calme (impasse) centre ville à 2 minutes à pied (restos et petit Super U bien pratique). Logement spacieux, la Clim fonctionne bien. Piscine agréable, transats, douche solaire. Piana était le point de départ idéal pour nos randonnées et sorties en famille. Le logement était parfait et ne laissait rien à désirer. Le point culminant pour nos enfants aprÚs chaque voyage était la piscine. Contact trÚs agréable et hospitalier! Encore une fois avec plaisir!

Super Ferienwohnung in tollem Ort

Große, modern und komfortabel eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit privatem Swimmingpool. Genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. DarĂŒber liegt glaube ich eine zweite, ganz Ă€hnliche Ferienwohnung, die zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise aber nicht belegt war, so dass wir den Pool ganz fĂŒr uns alleine hatten. Piana ist ein kleiner Ort, bietet mit seinem historischen Ortskern, mehreren guten Restaurants, der NĂ€he zum einmalig schönen Wandergebiet in der Calanche und der NĂ€he zum traumhaft schönen Strand Plage d‘Arone aber alles, was es fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wir waren schon hĂ€ufiger dort, in verschiedenen Objekten. Dies ist definitiv eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen die wir bis jetzt gesehen haben. Die Vermieterin lebt selbst nicht dort, war fĂŒr uns aber telefonisch immer erreichbar und ist sehr nett. Betreut wird die Wohnung durch ihren Vater, der um die Ecke wohnt. Einziger Knackpunkt: Der Vater wollte, dass wir einen zusĂ€tzlichen, viele Seiten umfassenden Mietvertrag auf Französisch unterschreiben, mit peinlich genauer Auflistung des Inventars (Anzahl der Löffel in der Schublade und so, und das waren wirklich viele!). Das haben wir abgelehnt, da das NachzĂ€hlen sĂ€mtlicher Positionen wohl einen ganzen Tag gedauert hĂ€tte und weil unsere Französisch-Kenntnisse dafĂŒr lange nicht gut genug sind. Außerdem gibt es ja schon den Vertrag ĂŒber FeWo-direkt. War aber schlussendlich kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rez de jardin bien situé. Appartement moderne dont l'intérieur est plus agréable que l'extérieur

Cet appartement en rez de jardin est trĂšs spacieux, propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Les literies sont de qualitĂ©. L'accueil est sympathique et la situation au coeur de Piana est proche de toutes les commoditĂ©s. Deux bĂ©mols cependant : les piĂšces sont assez sombres et sans vue ni dĂ©gagement, notamment les chambres, (ce doit ĂȘtre diffĂ©rent avec l'appartement du 1er Ă©tage) et la terrasse dĂ©limitĂ©e dans la cour par des pots de fleurs est toute petite (la photo est trompeuse) et sans intimitĂ© avec le voisinage qui passe quelle que soit l'heure (la terrasse du 1er, plus vaste, doit ĂȘtre plus agrĂ©able).

Excellent séjour en famille à Piana

L’appartement est trĂšs spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Il est proche du centre du village mais situĂ© au calme. La piscine est trĂšs agrĂ©able, nos enfants (11 et 13 ans) ont adorĂ©. Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs bonne semaine en famille Ă  Piana. Merci Ă  toute la famille pour l’accueil (et c’est promis, nous planterons des betteraves rouges l’annĂ©e prochaine 😉) Nous reviendrons sans hĂ©siter.

Super vacances chez Mr et Mme De Franchi. Maison en Ă©tat neuve, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e dans l’ensemble de plus dĂ©corer avec un trĂšs bon goĂ»t moderne, fonctionnel. Piscine privĂ©e super gĂ©niale avec bain de soleil pour bronzĂ©. Accueil au top, nous garderons un super souvenir de ThĂ©o le chasseur pĂȘcheur et ces bons moments passĂ©s en sa compagnie. Appartement moderne, entiĂšrement climatisĂ© , dĂ©corĂ© avec beaucoup de gout, fort bien Ă©quipĂ© tant en vaisselle qu'en Ă©lectromĂ©nager, on y vit comme Ă  la maison! SituĂ© au calme mais Ă  la fois Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied du village de Piana oĂč l'on trouve tous les commerces utiles et quelques restaurants!Piana, plus beau village de France avec ses calanques et la rĂ©serve de Scandola qui se situent Ă  proximitĂ©. De nombreuses randonnĂ©es peuvent Ă©galement ĂȘtre au programme! L’accueil trĂšs chaleureux de Marie-Christine et ThĂ©o, les parents des propriĂ©taires qui vivent Ă  cotĂ©, et leurs nombreux conseils pour visiter la rĂ©gion nous ont ravis! PrĂ©sents en cas de besoin, ils savent rester trĂšs discrets! TrĂšs bonne rĂ©activitĂ© des propriĂ©taires, Nathalie et Philippe, tant au niveau de la rĂ©servation que sur place.Nous avons pu les rencontrer et l'Ă©change fut fort sympathique! Quoi de plus agrĂ©able au retour des balades que de plonger dans l' eau de la piscine chauffĂ©e et de dĂ©tendre ses muscles dans le jacuzzi !!!!!!
