The property staff was amazing all around. They were helpful, provided guidance for getting around, suggestions for excursions and pleasant. Loved our time at this hotel. Peaceful beach area, beautiful views of the ocean, great breakfast, and a great location for family or solo traveler.

L'hôtel est au 5e étage. L'air climatisé n'était pas assez forte . Beau balcon le transport en commun autobus a 15 min et le train a 20 minutes. Bon déjeuner varié. Près de la mer.on était 4 adultes dans une chambre. C'était trop petit.

Amazing service!

The staff working in this hotel is absolutely amazing! The view is breathtaking. The room was tidy and cleaned daily. Breakfast was really tasty (with the view!). We were well cared for, and all service staff were so great! I will never forget that stay! Thank you all!

We loved our stay as it was a quiet location away from the crowds of the coast. Sorrento was 2 train stops away. The train station is not too far away, but if you have a lot of luggage it may present a problem as there are no buses and you have to book an Uber 24 hrs prior. The staff were amazing, especially Angela. They were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very clean, beds a bit hard, but that because I like mine soft. The breakfasts were lovely with adequate variety. Not many shops as such but a few restaurants on the waterfront. You can also catch a boat to the Amalfi or Capri here. Better than going into Sorrento and trying to navigate the train, lifts and boat then back again. It can be organised at the hotel. Love our stay from the crowds. Would definitely book again. Not a touristy place but rather a place away from the crowds.

Wonderful view from the dining room. 15 minute walk to the centre of Piano di Sorrento where there were 5 or 6 good pizza restaurants. 10 minute walk to the train station for Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculanium, Naples. Great boat trip from just below the hotel to Amalfi and Positano, bookable at the hotel.

Basic hotel with fantastic view over Bay of Naples

We had a pleasant stay here in October 2018. The hotel has an incredible view from the lobby as well as from the sea view room we booked. The room was clean but fairly basic. The hotel is accessible from the fifth floor of the building which can be reached by a rather charming and old style lift (beware its quite small). The hotel staff were helpful, although unfortunately the WiFi was down when we visited due to telephone company issues. The hotel staff also arranged an airport shuttle for us which was very convenient. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Along with the sea views from certain rooms, across the road from the hotel are benches for you to sit and enjoy the view as well as Villa Fondi. Piano station (if you are travelling to Pompeii for example by train) is about ten minutes walk away. Only thing to be aware of, if this is important to you, is that the hotel doesn't have any ironing facilities. All in all, the sea view from our stay made it worthwhile as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!

Average, but overpriced.

Our room only had a partial sea view whenwe paid for a full view, the bed was hard and uncomfortable and the staff was loudly cleaning other rooms near us early in the morning. Parking near the hotel for free was a bonus.
