Great family holiday

This was our second trip to Villa Antoana (first one was 7 years ago). On arrival we were greeted by Ronald’s father who was waiting for us at the property. He had shown us everything at the property and explained how everything operates. Ronald and his father have left us a welcome snacks and a local wine. Which was a pleasant surprise. Property was very clean, kitchen fully equipped and Ronald was able to resolve any questions/queries promptly. There were some improvements to the villa compare to our previous visit 7 years ago, e.g. whirlpool, new modern family bathroom, second air conditioner. We very much enjoyed a boat trip with Ronald who kindly spared the whole evening with us. Ronald also has provided recommendations for local good restaurants and also a local food market and shops. He had also recommend places to visit in Istria. We visited a couple of wineries and agroturisma nearby which was unforgettable experience. We absolutely loved our 2 weeks holiday in Istria! We were very welcomed by Ronald and his father. We hope to see Ronald in future. Aleksei and his big family.

Fantastic Stay!

Highly recommend for a relaxing stay. Ronald and his parents were wonderful hosts. We were welcomed with goodies in the fridge and a tour/information about the property and recommendations for the area. The location is perfect for quiet, privacy and a beautiful view. We were able to drive 25-45 to reach most anything and then spend a relaxing evening cooking dinner and sitting in the whirlpool. Lots of terrific outdoor spaces for relaxing and enough space inside for our family of 5 to spread out. Our dog was in heaven with an enclosed yard to explore. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very good place for relaxing in the nature

Everything was fine..We enjoyed the nature and had very relaxing days at the property with our family. You’ve everything what you need in the house. The pool was maintened regularly and the water was in good condition for every time. The sea was around 20-25 far from the property. So everything was very good. Thanks to Ronald and his family at all.

Nicht zuletzt durch die tolle Villa ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Wie beschrieben liegt diese kleine Oase in einem kleinen Dorf in den Hügeln kurz vor der Küste Istriens. Einkaufen, tolle Strände entdecken und bei der Bootstour mit dem Vermieter Buchten erkunden die Du sonst nie zu sehen bekommen würdest. Alles drin in den 14 Tagen 😎 Mit dem Auto bist Du in 20 Minuten bei allen Zielen die fürs tägliche Leben wichtig sind (diverse Einkaufstentren in Labin). Die Villa hat unsere beiden Familien vom ersten Augenblick an begeistert. Wir 8 haben uns im Pool und auf den Terrassen mega erholt. Wie gesagt alles wie vom Vermieter beschrieben...

We booked our trip to Croatia 4 weeks before we travelled & found Villa Antoana to be exactly as we imagined. Yes, it is not in a resort but that is its beauty for us. We visited Venice, Porec, Rabac,Rovinj, Cres & Losinj plus Krk by car, there are plenty of places to see if you hire a car. Our only problem was mosquitos but this seems to have been a major problem in most of the Mediterranean resorts also whilst we were there. The villa was immaculate & Ronald & his father made us very welcome & Ronald took us out on his boat & gave us lots of local knowledge.

Absolutely fantastic villa and holiday

We stayed in this villa for a month during August 2017 what an absolutely fantastic holiday we had. The villa owner Ronald and his father were fabulous, very friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. Ronald's father kept the pool and grounds absolutely spotless daily. The villa was very clean and well equipped in a beautiful location we will miss the wonderful mountain views. We had two free boat trips included with the villa hire which were spectacular. I would definitely recommend this villa. Croatia is a beautiful country so much to do and the little islands dotted around are definitely worth a visit. Lots for children to do and sea very safe and clean Thankyou Ronald and your dad for the perfect holiday xxxxxxxxxx

Tolles Haus, wunderschöner Ausblick und Ruhe

Wir waren bereits mehrere Male in dem Haus. Nicht weit davon sind schöne Strände. Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Es fehlt an nichts. Es ist top gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich jnd freundlich. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Bootsfahrt ist jedes Mal ein Highlight und man kann fantastisch schnorcheln. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Lieber Ronald,vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft, Danke für die tollen Begrüßungsgeschenke von dir und deinem Vater (lasst euch überraschen ).Der Aufenthalt war mehr als schön und erlebnisreich.Wer mal so richtig abschalten möchte ist in der Villa und dem Ort genau richtig.Die Villa ist schön abgelegen und in einem 5-6 Häuser Dorf. Wirklich Klasse Die Halbinsel Istrien ist von dort aus super zu erkundigen.Ich kann die Villa und den Vermieter zu 100% weiterempfehlen.Wir waren mit 4 Kindern und einem Hund dort.Wir werden uns wiedersehen. Sehr ruhige Lage, wunderschönes Ambiente. Der Holzofen im Winter sorgt zusätzlich für Wohlbehagen. Toller Fernseher und sehr bequeme Couch und Sessel. Elektrisch verstellbar!Alles sehr sauber. Toller Whirlpool, wurde täglich genutzt! Sauna klein aber für 2 Personen super! Wir haben uns zu viert rundum wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus! Morgens das Frühstück im Wintergarten genossen. Schien so schön die Sonne herein. Insgesamt eine wunderschöne entspannte Woche.

Wie die letzten Jahrzehnte, so war auch dieser Urlaub top.Die Kroaten sind schon echt Klasse.Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Vermieter ist klasse und kümmert sich hervorragend um seine Feriengäste. Die Betten sind bequem, so das ich mit meiner kaputten Wirbelsäule auch ziemlich schmerzfrei schlafen konnte. Habe in anderen Ländern da schon schlimmes erlebt.Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, was uns zugute kam. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Villa war genau wie beschrieben. Abgelegen in den Bergen, aber in ca. 20 - 30 min hat man alles erreichen können. Durch Ronald war das einchecken super einfach. Auch sein Vater, der uns eingewiesen hat war sehr nett und freundlich. Beide konnten deutsch, was es super einfach machte. Ein zweiter Schlüssel fürs Haus war ebenfalls kein Problem. Auch Ausflugstipps etc. haben wir bekommen. Wir haben zu Anfang Geschenke (Teller mit Wurst und Käse und auch selbstgebrannten Schnaps und Wein) bekommen. Sehr aufmerksam. Im Laufe der Woche kam Ronalds Vater ab und zu vorbei und hat uns Trauben und Wein aus eigenem Anbau gebracht. Wir haben Pool, Whirlpool und auch Sauna ausgiebig genutzt. Am Besten fanden wir die Außenküche. Die einzigen beiden negativen Punkte waren zum Einen das dreckige Geschrirr, dass wir anfangs vorfanden, leider hat der Geschirrspüler nicht richtig funktioniert und der Grill hätte ebenfalls eine Generalüberholung nötig. Alles in allem hatte wir einen wunderschönen, erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Ronald und Familie. Wir können euch nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren absolut begeistert von der Villa. Es ist alles da was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Pool ist ein Highlight und war schon früh am Morgen von meinen Kindern beschlagnahmt Die Sauna sorgt für die Eltern zusätzlich für Entspannung. Der Wirlpool wurde von uns sehr weniger genutzt aber ist für manche bestimmt auch sehr schön. Im Haus war es sauber und für alles gesorgt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Es gibt allerdings nur eine Espresso Maschine wer also normalen Kaffee möchte muss sich vielleicht selber einen Maschine mitbringen. Der Kühlschrank ist groß allerdings kann man nichts gefrorenenes darin aufbewahren wie Eis oder ähnliches. Aber das ist für uns nicht weiter tragisch gewesen. Die Betten in allen 4 Schlafzimmern waren super bequem. Die Badezimmer waren sauber. Alles Räume wurde durch 2 Klimaanlagen super gekühlt was bei diesen Temperaturen auch sehr angenehm war Nachts. Alle 2 Tage kam der Vater von Roland in der Früh und hat sich im den Garten und den Pool gekümmert. Es gibt gibt auch eine super außen Küche mit einem Gas und einem Kohle Grill den wir am ersten Tag gleich genutzt haben. Fazit: Wer auf einen eher altmodischen, aber liebevollen, Stil steht kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Meine Familie und ich werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Check in hat perfekt funktioniert, nette Besitzer. Küchenaustattung: irgendwie zuwenig von allem oder zu verschiedene Teller oder Gläser nichts einheitliches, Gasgrill hat schon ausgedient, von grillkohleofen will garnicht sprechen. Im ganzen, zu wenig platz in der Villa für 8 Personen, wenn man irgendwo innen essen wollte, musste man Stühle zusammen tragen. Außenanlage ist gut, sowie sauna und whirlpool.In der Gegend ist nichts, und es ist hoch in den Bergen, direkt andere Temperaturen. Aber war okay.

Mega Tolle Villa mit Pool und Jacuzzi und Sauna Keine versteckten Kosten, wie bei anderen.Es war sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht.Kaffeemaschine ist auch vorhanden, was sehr angenehm war. Beim Check in wurden wir Herzlich in Empfang genommen, und haben einmal alles gezeigt bekommen. Zur Überraschung gab es direkt: Eine Flasche guter Rotwein aus der Region Schinken / Käseplatte Baguette Und von Ronalds Papa eine kleine Flasche Schnaps.Besonders zu erwähnen ist, das Ronald einen Informationen gibt über die Region und Tipps wo man gut Essen gehen kann und vor allem wo man Parken kann in den Hotspots!!!Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die 2 Klimas waren im Haus sehr gut platziert, sodass man überall im Haus eine angenehme Temperatur hat.Das Haus ist in einem Kleinen Ort, perfekt zum Relaxen und Entspannen.

Sehr schönes Haus -sauber und gepflegt. Freundlicher Empfang von Ronald und Familie, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist komplett umzäunt, so dass auch unser Hund gut aufgehoben war. Wir können das Haus empfehlen, es ist alles da was einen erholsamen Urlaub ausmacht.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren 5 Tage bei Ronald in der Finca und wir haben keinen Tag bereut. VomCheck in bis zum Check out war alles super. Der Vater von Ronald hat uns in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Es gab sogar ein willkommensgeschenk :) Ronald hat uns auch sehr viele Ausflugtips gegeben. Von der Finca waren wir so fasziniert, dass wir nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder kommen werden. Wir können diese Finca zu 100% weiter empfehlen!! :)
