This stunning 5 bedroom cabin will keep your group entertained with our INDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL, MOVIE ROOM, and ARCADE CABINETS. Spanning three levels, this cabin allows everyone private space when needed, or gather in our L-shaped patio for a barbeque or a dip in the 6-person HOT TUB. We are located less than 7 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge attractions such as the Titanic Museum and Hollywood Wax Museum. The cabin is located in a RESORT that is very close to downtown Pigeon Forge. The cabin does not have a mountain view, but that means you won't need to contend with dangerous and narrow mountain roads. You'll have neighbors in this resort community, however, you'll still feel part of nature with the trees directly behind the cabin.

★ BEDROOMS ★
The cabin has 5 private bedrooms with attached bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms with King size beds. The other two bedrooms have two sets of Twin size bunk beds. The bunk bed bedrooms are next to each other, making it a fun hangout for kids. All bedrooms are outfitted with TV’s equipped with either cable or Roku.

★ BATHROOMS ★
Each of the 5 bedrooms has an attached bathroom. The Master bedroom has an oversized bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, and tiled shower. The bunk bed rooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom. There are two half bathrooms on the first (adjacent to the pool) and second floor (adjacent to the living room).

★ POOL ★
The indoor pool is located on the ground floor of the house and is temperature controlled. The pool water is heated to around 85F year round, while the room is heated to 75F. The pool is perfect for younger children to splash around in. It measures approximately 4 ft x 9ft, and the water is about 4 ft deep. It is not a very large pool, however, lots of fun has been had here! The resort also has two outdoor pools that operate from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

★ MOVIE ROOM ★
The movie room centers around a 75” TV that is equipped with Roku, Blu-Ray player, immersive sound bar and Xfinity cable. There are 4 comfortable leather reclining chairs that provide a theater experience. I also provide a selection of DVD movies for your enjoyment.

★ GAME AREA ★
The game area has three arcade cabinets (Mortal Kombat / Ninja Turtles / 80’s Multicade) and a selection of board and card games for your enjoyment. A hanging TV (Roku equipped) has been installed right above the arcade that can be viewed from the leather futon.

★ OUTDOOR SPACE ★
The cabin has an L-shaped deck with enough room to fit a 6-person hot tub and an oversized dinner table with seating for 8-10. At night, turn on the string lights and the outdoor space comes alive! Enjoy cooking on the 36-inch wide charcoal grill and eating outdoors.

✓ You will have access to the resort pools, open Memorial Day until Labor Day. The closest pool (Pool #2) to the cabin is about a 5 minute walk, or a 1 minute drive.

★ ABOUT OUR CABIN ★
✓ Ultra-High Speed WiFi - 600+ Mbps speeds
✓ We provide a starter pack of dish soap, hand soap, and dishwasher tablets.
✓ Please consider bringing your own laundry detergent
✓ Our cleaners provide a starter set of toilet paper and paper towels. Please consider buying more for extended stays.
✓ Guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)

★ ABOUT THE MOUNTAINS ★
✓ We’re located in a developed resort area surrounded by a mountain range, so cell service may be spotty and you may see bugs or furry critters (including bears!). Due to the the surroundings, if doors are left open, or food is left outside or in your car, it could attract bugs and other animals. Please be careful!
✓ There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no heat/AC and possibly no water. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.

★ REMINDERS ★
✓ No pets. We reserve the right to charge $250 (per pet) and guests will be escorted off premises
✓ No smoking/vaping on the premises
✓ No parties allowed in cabin. A $750 fine will be imposed and guests will be escorted off premises
✓ No overnight guests beyond those mentioned in your reservation. Please include your entire group size in your reservation
✓ If you've damaged anything in the cabin, please let me know
✓ Quiet hours begin at 10 PM
✓ The door to the pool room must remain closed at all times. When not in use, the pool room door must be latched to prevent children from entering.
✓ No oils, soap, bath salt, or bath bombs in the pool or hot tub. Guests will incur a fine of $250 plus any costs related to repair and maintenance.

★ GENERAL ★
✓ Please consider buying trip cancellation protection in the event you are unable to come to our cabin. Our cancellation policy will be upheld.
