This luxury condo is located just off the parkway in the Mountain View Condos. It is in building #5 which is on the back side of the complex. You can walk to many attractions such as Country Tonite and Memories Theatre during the day and come back in the evening to relax and watch lightning bugs (fireflies) and listen to the crickets from your large balcony. During the summer months you can enjoy the fireworks at Dollywood from our balcony (See schedule for Dollywood). Watch the wildlife from the balcony of our 5th floor condo. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful mountain views. Have the convenience of a condo with cabin decor including king sleigh bed with very comfortable pillow top mattress with 2 inch natural latex topper and new bedding. Large capacity washer/dryer. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and comfy bunk beds with full size twin mattresses.

The large master bath has a walk-in shower and huge jacuzzi tub. It also has a double vanity with granite countertop. There is a half bath off the living room next to the bunk room. There is an extra large hot water heater so you have plenty of hot water.

The large living room has a sofa sleeper with new memory foam mattress, 2 new oversized commercial rocker recliners and screened in fireplace and a 55 inch LG SmartTV over the fireplace. You can log in to your streaming services from either the LR or bedroom TV.

While on vacation you spend approximately 50% of your time (which includes sleep time) at the place you are lodging. Why stay in a cramped uncomfortable space. Our condo is very spacious and comfortable and in a convenient location. No driving up and down steep winding mountain roads. It is so close but yet secluded and quiet.

A new enclosed pool NOW OPEN year round, Spa/Hot Tub is open year round and a large outdoor Heated pool is open April thru November. There are 2 pools and a kiddie pool. New playground equipment has been added for the kids. There are grills and picnic tables located in this area along with horseshoe pits, a volleyball net, a half court basketball court and a shuffleboard and a new walking area.

The Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Show, the Smoky Mountain Opry, Hollywood Wax Museum, The Island, Dolly's Lumberjack Fued, The Ripken Baseball Complex, and the Titanic are within 1 mile or less of the unit. Kroger, Publix, Walmart, Old Time Pottery and the Tanger Outlet Center are less than a mile away. Dollywood and Splash Country are only minutes away. There are numerous restaurants such as Harpoon Harry's, Paula Deen's Family Kitchen, Margaritaville, Joe's Crab Shack, Olive Garden, TGI Friday's, Red Lobster, Cahoun's, and No Way Jose just to mention a few within a 1 mile radius. Several within walking distance such as The Local Goat, Cracker Barrel, and Dunkin Donuts.
