Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home.

The Cozy Cottage of Pigeon Forge is a cheerful two bedroom, two bath, family-oriented residential home nested in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Located right off the parkway, the Cozy Cottage is just minutes away from Pigeon Forge’s greatest attractions.

Our Cozy Cottage will accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Each room features a queen size bed and its own tv (complete with cable) while the living room offers additional sleeping via the sofa couch.

The Master Bedroom, situated at the back of the house, features an en-suite bathroom that includes both a shower and a bathtub . This room also has a walk-in closet (we’ve placed a table in there for your suitcase 😉) dresser, Roku TV with Xfinity streaming, room darkening-curtains, and a bedside table with a lamp.

The front bedroom features an en-suite bathroom as well but unlike the master bathroom, it can be accessed through the hallway. This room has a standard-sized closet (with a bench for your suitcase!), dresser, a tv with an Xfinity cable box, room-darkening curtains and a bedside table with a lamp.

Our living room is the heart of the home, where you and your family can enjoy a variety of games that we’ve provided or watch your favorite shows on our 50” Roku TV. Flip through our Xfinity channels, browse the web on our high speed internet, or watch little ones play with the toys that can be found in the coffee table drawers!

Don’t feel like going out to eat? Stay home and make a meal! Our kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator with plenty of room, a pantry, toaster, microwave, stove and oven, a dishwasher, and a double basin sink. Feel free to email me for a complete list of our cookware!

Need to do a wash? We have both an in-unit washer and dryer, along with a can of starch, an iron, and of course, and ironing board.

As a mother of two I’ve placed many toddler-essentials in the home: a pack-n-play, a Bumbo, bibs, plates and bowls, and spoons. Bring your own sippy cup!

If you’re needing some fresh air, our patio is spacious enough for all our guests, but does have two patio chairs and a small table.

Wonderful location! Close to everything but on a quiet street. Kids riding bikes were very polite. Halloween decorations at neighboring homes were amazing!! Beds were very comfortable and home was very clean. Will definitely be back!

Smell of cigarette smoke heavy but have air purifier running. Very clean. Shower in master ( in room with tub) very small. Queen beds firm but i liked that. Neighborhood not far from main town but still quiet. Its more small house then cottage on street whete sev houses look same. Easily accessed & checkin was very easy.

This was my first time using VRBO, and I believe I made a great first choice with this rental. It is on a quiet street, but still super close to all the main attractions. The beds are comfortable and the jetted tub was great on my husband's sore back. My only issues are the musty smell from the laundry closet, and the Master Bedroom's shower head is positions in a direction that makes the water hit the side wall, instead of flowing down. I just used the other shower.

It was a great location, really close to all locations and restaurants. It was a really nice house, It's actually bigger inside than it looks from the outside. It seems to be in a nice, quiet neighborhood and easy to get in and out of. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay here the only issue is we would have liked to have had the tvs working in the bedrooms . Owner did make me aware of the front bedroom tv not working the day before check in . but not the master bedroom .info stated in amenties tvs which they were there they just didnt work which was a bummer for us we like to relax at night laying in bed Watching Tv . Thats the reason for 4 stars not 5 . It was cozy and clean and would stay again but would hope for working tvs next time !

Conveniently located Pigeon Forge home

This was a great base of operations for our stay in the Pigeon Forge area. The host was responsive during check in. The home itself was fairly clean and the layout was great for our medium sized family. We were given fairly minimal toiletries and supplies, though that was noted up front in the listing. We had a couple issues with some appliances not working reliably, but generally this didn't impact our stay. Would happily stay again especially if these issues were resolved.

Fantastic location and home

Great stay at the property, fantastic location central to all attractions in Pigeon Forge. Comfortable beds and great amenities. Our daughter loves the selection of toys. If not for some plumbing issues we experienced, it would earn 5 stars. We communicated those with the host and she was very responsive - I would definitely stay here again.

Last Minute Get Away

My boys and I took a last minute trip. When we arrived everything was perfect. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet. Location is perfect for families visiting the attractions on parkway. Would recommended booking this place to anyone!
