Cole's Condo is a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation rental that accommodates up to six guests, offering a peaceful retreat on the doorstep of the legendary Dollywood theme park and just a stone’s throw from lively shows and attractions in Pigeon Forge.

Living Room

The classy decor soothes you with earth tones, wood, and stone to remind you of the mountain beauty outside. The unusual corner fireplace brightens the room. The rich, dark leather couch and recliner invite you to stretch out and watch the flat-screen TV or gaze out the big windows and French doors opening onto the deck. A petite desk gives you a place to do a little work.

Kitchen

The clean lines of this contemporary kitchen mean you can move easily from fridge to stove to sink as you cook family favorites or just make coffee. A double sink makes clean-up simpler. You have all the cookware, utensils, serving pieces, and gadgets you need in this fully equipped kitchen.

A handy bar counter with stools lets you see into the kitchen and chat with the chef! Eat snacks or grab breakfast at the bar, or lay out an ice cream buffet here after dinner.

Dining Area

Between the living room and kitchen, six guests can sit on classic Windsor chairs at the table of honey-toned wood. Gather here for board games or puzzles as well as tasty meals. Don’t forget to try takeout at Pigeon Forge’s great restaurants!

Bedrooms

You’ll want to unpack so you feel right at home in the queen bedroom! With a lovely country-style chest of drawers and armoire, you’ll feel as if you’re in a cozy old-fashioned house.

The master bedroom boasts a roomy king mattress set in a lovely wooden bedstead. The ceiling fan keeps the bedroom just the right temperature for sweet dreams while the French doors let in light and great views. Those doors give you direct, private access to the deck, putting the great outdoors just steps from your bed.

The master bath includes a full shower and tub combo plus a separate, jetted tub where you can relax your muscles after a long day of touring and shopping in Pigeon Forge.

A sleeper sofa and bedding add extra sleeping options for kids, teens, or adults too.

Outdoor Spaces

The lushly wooded view from the condo’s covered deck will take your breath away. Lounge on the cushioned loveseat or chairs, or enjoy the rocker, as you take in fall colors or fresh spring greenery.

Cole’s Condo gives you access to the nearby community swimming pool for hours of water play. A washer and dryer make cleanup simple. Need to check your email or do a little work? The condo provides Wi-Fi so you can work, play or book online tickets to attractions. Great location for Dollywood goers

We had 2 toddlers and 3 adults in our party. The place was very spacious for our group. We loved the porch. The apartment itself is a bit dated but everything worked. The porch was a nice place to relax. You can hear the screams from the park throughout the day until the park closes. Our kids slept through that and the nightly fireworks. There was one morning the area smelled of garbage due to an animal getting into the complex dumpster. Overall, we enjoyed our trip. We would stay here again.

Great location

Condo was in great location to Dollywood. Great parking as well. The cleanliness is the only portion I rated low. The master room bedding was very clean. However I can’t say the same of the other room. There was hair all on the bedding. Enough to the fact that I went to Walmart and bought linen. Management was notified. The floors could use more detail as well, especially corners. The drive to the condo is easy and not much traffic at all.

Last minute trip

We were able to book this condo the day before arrival. Location was nice, not too far from town but away from the congestion. Very roomy and as described. Colonial properties who handles the rental were fabulous!!!! Very simple arrival/check out process!!

Picture perfect.

The pictures don’t do it justice, the condo was perfect and it had everything that we needed. We drove up from Florida for a family baseball tournament at the Cal Ripken experience, and this condo is about seven minutes away from Cal Ripken field. In addition, it was directly next-door to Dollywood and just about 10 minutes from everything else. Our family had a great time and the condo is super clean. Plus, the king size bed was super comfortable.

Wonderful Weekend Despite the Rain!

This property is gorgeous and the views and access to attractions is amazing. All of the beds were comfortable and one of our party used the huge jacuzzi tub and we had to drag her out (kidding) she enjoyed it so much! When we walked in the place smelled wonderful and seeing the fireplace first thing was great. The balcony is huge with plenty of seating. The property management reached out several times before our trip to ensure we could enjoy our stay and they were happy to help if we had any issues and as we left they called to make sure we had a good stay. I would 10 out of 10 recommend and stay here again.

The process was so easy. The condo was clean and had plenty of towels. Thanks for that! Water pressure was not that great but not that big of an issue. King bed was so comfortable. Will recommend to others.

Ideal location for a Pigeon Forge vacation

My family loved staying at this condo during our recent visit to Pigeon Forge. We'll plan to stay here again in our future visits. The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do. It's so convenient to Dollywood and the parkway. The best part of this condo is the large and spacious back porch overlooking a wooded area. It was private, quiet, and so inviting. The weather during our trip was perfect, and we loved spending time on the porch before and after our daily adventures. The front door and parking lot face the back of Dollywood, and we enjoyed hearing the roller coasters and trains during operating hours. Despite that, it was still nice and quiet inside the condo and especially at night. The whirlpool tub in the master bathroom is enormous. We didn't have time to use it, but it looked quite comfortable. We also appreciated the little welcome boxes that included shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. That saved us from a late-night shopping trip for those essentials.

End of summer vacation

We booked a last minute trip to East Tennessee before school started. We wanted to be close to Dollywood. When we arrived at the condo we were met by a maintenance guy who was called out to look at the disposal, we thought that was a little strange because it wasn’t taken care of before we arrived, he actually was just assessing what was needed but never fixed it while we were there(we were there for 2 days), but it wasn’t that big of deal either. Interior matches what you see online: Wonderful, quiet view on balcony, bedrooms are nice and spacious, bathrooms are dated but adequate. Location is great and very close to Dollywood. The biggest disappointment came when my kids discovered ants in the hall bathroom. At first we were thinking that it was just a few, but we started noticing more coming out of the door frames to both bedrooms and the bathroom. I called the management company to let them know about the ants. They said they would put in order to have someone come out but I didn’t get the sense that they took the request as urgent. Between 30 and 45 mins later we discovered there were a lot more ants than we thought and they were everywhere. I called the management company again to let them know we would be checking out early due to the ants. They again didn’t seem to show any desire to have us stay or try to solve the issue or even apologize about the inconvenience this was causing us. We had to get a hotel room to stay in for the night. This was very disappointing because up until that point really we liked the property. We quickly packed up all of our things and departed. The next day my wife discovered she was missing a necklace and we called to see if we could get back in. The management company said we had until our check out time of 11 am. Upon entering we could tell no one had been there to spray. We didn’t find the necklace until we got home but the whole situation could have been handled better than it was.

Amazing location at a good price.

Prime location right off of Veterans, about 5 minutes from Dollywood. Not too busy at all. Some of the negatives: there were ants, big ones; we counted 30+ in our 2-day stay so it was an issue. Just a few, you can overlook, being back in the woods, but they were prevalent. There were a few maintenance items. The sink was clogged up; a few scuffs on the wall, nothing too bad. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. The view was pretty good, but we went to the area specifically for Dollywood, so we couldn’t have asked for better. There were a few little things like the ants, but at the price point, it was a really good stay.
