We were very happy with our stay. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Even the elevators had Smoky Mountain scenes on the walls. The rooms are large with plenty of space for all your belongings and lots of phone charging areas. The bathroom was probably the best hotel bathroom ever. Lots of room for all your toiletries. It wasn't listed with the amenities, but they do provide shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. I just wish the toilet area had a door to keep it separate from the rest of the bathroom. We had a balcony overlooking the pool area, which was very nice to sit out on. The pool/lazy river area was great. My only complaint would be the rough bottom of the pool. The kiddie area wasn't rough, but the rest of the pool had a very rough bottom.

We loved this hotel. So many pools, on site dinning, 15 minutes from Dollywood and right next to the Island. Staff was friendly, room was clean and even the Sofa bed was tolerable. You saw housekeeping dusting and cleaning all the time, the queen suites were spacious for our family of 6. My only complaint was that the AC didn’t work the entire time we were there. Coming home from the parks, we found the room could never get below 74, and an error code kept coming up. Maintenance came fast and fixed it, but the room never cooled. The unit kept throwing errors, once at midnight but the kids were in bed sleeping so we didn’t call down. It was miserable on the 7th floor. We will return only if we can get a lower floor.

Property was super clean, pools were amazing heated to a perfect temp. We were able to bring our human babies and fur babies, which is a major perk for us. Pet fee was somewhat high in comparison to other hotels we stay at. But our experience was so good, it’s not a deal breaker! The breakfast had a lot better options than most places as well. We loved how spacious our room was with so much storage in all the areas, it wasn’t cluttered at all with 4 humans and two dogs. Thank you for the comfortable and fun stay, Compass! We’ll be back!

Staff seem to work hard to make your visit enjoyable. Was an amazing stay. The fees were a bit incredulous. The price for hotel itself was fairly acceptable but with *taxes and fees was priced a bit steep.* We spoke about it and if the pools were closed it’s a bit highly priced. ($101 a nt but taxes resort fee to almost $150) The room was extremely nice but top floor room temp did NOT regulate well and even though set at 65 (bc wouldn’t cool) kept raising to 72. We typically stay at 68 at hm. Balcony chairs /area was very nice though we had pd for a pool view was put on street view. Pool area was great! Lounger chairs in pool and lazy river (though small river) was great! Depending on price would definitely choose to stay again. This was a push in price for more than a nt, this was special occasion though.
