We really enjoyed our stay and cannot say enough about the housekeeping staff. They were courteous and considerate and kept the property spotless. We stayed 4 nights and they daily offered assistance and provided towels and linens freely. We will recommend the facility to others.

Cold buffet, one microwave on each floor, stayed there a week and they only changed towels after asking them to clean plenty of times. Too expensive with low quality the shower stayed cold water only got warm. The pool area was indoor and stayed cold went a week before Christmas and there wasn’t a single decor up.

We loved the way the theme was incorporated into every aspect of the hotel and decorations. Very well designed. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. Staff were all very friendly. Hotel cleaning staff do an excellent job as the entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great and the staff did a superb job maintaining the area clean and refilling any food that was running low. Only negative comment would be that the bathroom didn't have a fan, so we had to shower with the door open.

We loved our stay here! The room was very clean and well appointed. The little details they thought of truly made our stay enjoyable. They had just about anything you could need during your stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I constantly noticed someone cleaning, which was nice. Whether it was the common areas, breakfast space, pool area, or even the mirrors near the elevators, something was always being cleaned. Staff also regularly checked the pool area and water parameters, which was great and not something I’ve seen often at other hotels. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to accommodate everyone. Overall, the entire experience was very pleasant. The only downside was that the indoor pool area became quite cold on our last night. While the pool itself was heated, it couldn’t quite keep up with the outside temperature. We will definitely be back.

The amenities here are great. My kids love the indoor pool. It's really great to have this option for families that travel during the winter. Breakfast is okay, but at least provided with the stay. We also loved the playroom downstairs. There was no one else there so it was nice to spend some time with the kiddos there. The beds and the room were pretty clean but the bathroom was horrid. Hotels need to start checking their bathrooms with UV lights before guests check in. There were splatters everywhere. The toilet, shower and walls needed to be cleaned.
