The staff was so amazing, friendly, and very helpful! The front desk and breakfast staff make this hotel special! The room needed a little extra TLC. While the facility is dog and pet friendly, our room just smelled of a dog the entire stay and the furniture has been thoroughly chewed by these friendly pets. The bottom of the door had been clawed because the animal was left locked in the room. Overall a pleasant stay, but needs some help with cleaning and refreshing after animal stays.

Everything was excellent. Hotel was clean and no issues. Pool/ hot tub area was very nice. Plus that is open 24hrs. Has became our new go to when coming to Pigeon Forge.

The first room they gave us smelled musty and like dogs, was horrible. The second room smelled better but the bed was way too high, could barely get into it. The hallways are too dimly lit. You can not sit in the hottub with the jets on because it splashes in your face, something is wrong with it. It seems like the hotel is in desperate need of repairs or updating.

The hotel was very nice. The room was great and was very comfortable. The staff was very courteous. The bathroom door was a little out of place, but that did not make our stay bad. Thank you so much. We will be staying again.

Always enjoy staying here, the location is perfect to get around easily walking. There is a Kroger also within walking distance for any unexpected needs. The staff here is super friendly and the breakfast is always great! I would choose La Quinta over all their competitors every time!
