The room was great! The only thing i have to say is the pool was cold and i thought it was heated. Other than that the room was very clean, the king sized bed was really comfortable. Definitely would stay again

Alot of room for our family. Beds were not that comfortable. The pool was cold and was supposed to be heated. The hot tub was not working. The kids enjoyed the lazy river even though it was just warm. I guess for the price of the rooms you get what you pay for.

The staff that we encountered were great! The check in process was quick and easy and the check out process was even quicker! The facilities were pretty run down though. Some of the doors in the hallway had dents in them from what looked like a swat team battering ram. That made me feel a little uneasy. Also, our bathroom had a broken light fixture in the ceiling with exposed wires. Using the light and fan while taking a shower made me very uncomfortable because of that. Our heating and cooling unit was also broken, but it still worked. The room was overall pretty clean though.

There was no hot water for the entire duration of our stay. The pools and hot tub were cold as well. The bunk beds didnt even have sheets and blankets on them.
