Stay Away! Very Dirty!

We chose this hotel based on the lazy river despite mixed reviews, and that was a mistake. It was extremely run down and our room was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in (and I’ve stayed in some sketchy places). Hair everywhere, stained sheets, an earplug wrapper by the bed, a strange powdery substance on the side of the bedskirt, mold in the bathroom, no tp holder, and our door wouldn’t shut without throwing your whole body into it. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but I don’t think they’re actively working on it. Breakfast was fairly good and the lady that kept it stocked was very helpful. Lazy river and indoor pool was ok, but outdoor pool was full of leaves and had ducks swimming in it. Definitely will not be returning. Do not recommend!

The hotel was inexpensive. The location is great. It appears to be under a remodel process. The staff were very nice. It is an older place. My grandson especially enjoyed the lazy river. The breakfast is what you'd expect at most budget places.

You are under construction and we were fine with that as price made up for it. Overall enjoyed our stay and will return. Staff was helpful and friendly. Being I am retired from construction I understand it being messy. Our needs when traveling are simple. We need wi fi, clean good bed, AC, bathroom. You met all of them and a few extras like,pool, hot tub, balcany

When we walked into the room it smelled badly. There was no tissues in the box it was empty no toilet paper on the roll there was coffee on a large area of the wall. Water damage on the ceiling tiles. The toilet was already clogged. We got moved rooms and that toilet was rocking side to side it was hot and smelled even worse. The air conditioner filter was filthy. There was old coffee in the machine hair on the counter the beds were very broke in. We heard every noise in the hotel. There was bare wire in the hall dirty carpet mold a bad smell the pool area had standing water on the side walk everywhere the steps of the pool had holes that hurt your feet. One room has a TV guide the other didn't. The room we got moved to has a broken fold out center. And the door to the porch had a gap where any but or animal could come in We have this hotel booked for two more dates. I think we're going to cancel them.

There was roaches in the bathroom, also found bedbugs in the bathroom. The filters in the air conditioner was filthy dirty and it didn't put out cool air. Some of the elevators didn't work,and it had bad odor in the whole building.

Can’t beat the price!

Although it seems they are under renovations this place wasn’t bad at all. Wasn’t the best looking hotel we’ve ever stayed at but it surely wasn’t the worse. The guy at the front desk was very nice and in the evening the lady working the desk was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The only nice thing about this hotel was the indoor pool and lazy river..the rooms were very dated and unclean. The mattress had blood stains on the side of them. The floors turned your feet black if you walked on them from dirt and there were many stains on the floor. The shower made a terrible loud noise while being used also.. I get it’s a “cheaper” place to stay in the area.. but it needs a lot of tlc. Probably won’t be back..

The hotel is in process of being remodeled. The "heated" pool was an ice bath. The hot tub was hot but jets were broken. You had to walk down 4 flights of stairs to get to the pool and lazy river, and then walk back up those stairs to the lobby for towels since they aren't employeeing enough people to stock the pool area. We had 2 rooms, each had a broken bed, only one had a fillable tub, only 1 had a blow dryer... luckily our rooms were across the hall from each other so we could use each other's amenities. The breakfast was awful unless you wanted to only eat waffles without protein. The 4th floor smells like weed and most of the elevators do not work.I do not recommend.

Dirty, broken, gross

Been staying at Park Tower Inn for 20 years. Haven’t been there in a while, this stay was terrible and different. Furniture is dirty and stained. Carpets are stained, indoor pool is cold, bubbles in hot tub did not work. Trash laid in the pool area the four days we were there. Bathroom light was not covered, one light was just a hole in the ceiling, bed was broken down. Terrible, but cheap, so if you’re looking for a good price and you don’t care too much about the cleanliness or comfortability, then it’s the place for you. This is not the same Park Tower Inn that I used to stay at, must have new owner because it is so different than any experience I’ve ever had in the past.

It was an ok stay.... as soon as we got off the elevator we were hit with a very very strong smell of weed when it was a no smoking and no pets hotel. As we are walking down the hall a dog starts barking and it barked ALL night. Also woke up multiple times to the strong smell of weed IN OUR ROOM. We complained to the front desk and they said "weve had multiple complaints about the dog and the owner says its a service dog, and we will investigate the weed smell." Thank God we were only staying one night.
