Bunkbed in room rail was broken. Fridge door wouldn’t shut because it was froze over . Housekeeping only came in twice of our 5 day stay and only took the large garbage we had to get clean towels. Fire alarm went off and there were no instructions to all clear. Elevators broke and when my elderly mother called concerned because she’s on a scooter the rep got rude and said we know and hung up. After all this and talking to 3 people one finally apologized and processed a credit for one night.

Ceiling fell in the pool/lazy river

During our stay the ceiling literally fell in to the lazy River while my kids were at the pool. We immediately checked out as this was the last straw ( my husband had already had to go to the front desk as our bed didn’t have a comforter on it! Plus our toilet ran very loudly all night and all morning long… we are pretty laid back travelers but this was insane with issue after issue ( the manager was not available and it’s been almost 24 hours without a response from the mgmt team

POOR QUALITY HOTEL

The rooms were in poor shape, rust on doors and dirty walls throughout the hotel. Pool was in basement and elevator to pool was out of order. Not handicap friendly to the pool area. Switched rooms because the air didnt work in one of the rooms and it smelled bad. Got a new room and it smelled of urine and beds were covered in layers of sheets. Beds were outdated and uncomfortable. Did not stay due to health reasons because rooms were unsustainable to sleep in.

Our door didn’t fully lock, there was human feces on the blankets of one of the beds, burn marks on a mirror. The carpet was torn up off the floor in many spots. The fire alarm went off and when we evacuated we were told it happens all the time and it was a false alarm. The floors of the whole building swayed everytime the elevator moved. The phone was a decoy it wasn’t plugged into anything nor was there a spot or cord to plug it in. The shower had not been cleaned. The staff would not communicate with us when we told them of these issues. We had to find another hotel because it was unsafe, unsanitary and overall just a terrible experience.

Giving grace because the hotel is in the process of being renovated. The employees were very nice. Would I give this hotel a second chance, yes. Would I suggest others stay here, probably not until they get their renovation done.

The property was being renovated. So it wasn't in the greatest condition. I assume that's why it was so cheap. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. The beds were very worn and the furniture, TV, etc needed to be replaced. The lazy river in the basement would've been nice except for the fact that there were a couple of women doing some kind of webcam/OF thing in the middle of the river and wouldn't move out of the way for the half dozen children trying to play and swim.

This property has always been my go to, every time I go to Tennessee I always stay here and it’s been a couple of years since we have had a Chance to go and the hotel has new owners and from the moment you walk in you can tell the place is slapped together. There is mold everywhere you can literally see it if that says anything. My 2 year old son got extremely sick and was coughing and was having trouble breathing within the first hour there so we ended up leaving and staying at a different hotel and went back for our belongings the next morning! I tried to make them aware of the issues but the gentleman at the desk said the hotel was newly remodeled which is 10000000% has not been maybe the strange led lights installed down the hallway walls that have been painted over may be the only addition i wouldn’t even call a upgrade and a new chandelier in the entry way. We ended our trip early to come home to take our child to his pediatrician to get breathing treatments before it got any worse!!! Do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are ok with breathing in black mold!!!
