Building looked like they started to renovate then just stopped. Only one elevator worked. The first room we stayed in had bugs, an door on fridge was broke. The second room was a little better but needed a good cleaning. The indoor pool, lazy river and hot tub where all the way in the basement.

I hate to write a bad review because Jay at the front desk was great, very friendly and understanding. The hotel is undergoing remodeling in which is truly needs due to it being outdated. The hotel itself when you walk in looks clean and smells clean. I always check my rooms for bed bugs or any critters and unfortunately our king bed had bedbugs. I understand it is so hard with heavy volume of traffic and guest to control bugs but it can be done. Housekeeping needs to improve upon inspection of beds. But with the help of Jay and Expedia I was refunded my money promptly.

This place should be condemned to say the least!! We were among many other guests that said they would NEVER stay there again!! Filthy dirty rooms, underwear left under bed, outlets didn't work, stains on curtains, bugs inside room, toilets old and too short for the handicapped rooms, open wires on hairdryer cords.

This place needs a major overhaul. The room carpet was stained. The bed was horrible it had major dips where you slept. The location was the only thing that was good. If they update this place and replace the furniture it would be idea

Did not get the room I reserved.. the room had a hole in the wall. The tub would not drain. The hair dryer wasn’t secure to the electric box.. The indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river were in a basement …. Very scary to go to alone.. the pumps weren’t working on any of them. The outer doors did not lock so anyone could have walked right up in the hotel at any point! I was very disappointed!!!

The carpet need be replaced is 50 they only had one elevator work the rooms the chairs in the room was 50 I would never go back there

The hotel is at a great location but it is showing its age. Our room smelled badly of smoke and there were years of dirt in the corners of the bathroom and vents. The AC sounded like a wounded animal but did work. Best part is the balconies. Very spacious.
