This was this worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. First look the light was hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, trash under the dresser (a lot), and worse of all AFTER sleeping in the bed we moved the bottom of the comforter and there was a big blood stain. Took the issue to the front and not even an apology. Said the beds would be completely changed. Get back later in the day the new sheets were on the table no new comforter. Went back to front desk again no apologies or anything. Sent some to change it. It was so nasty and disgusting but nobody seem to care. The elevators never worked either.

Family over night

Nice cheap stay. Would go back again, for sure. Perfect location directly on the strip in pigeon forge. Renovation taking place, so rough around the edges but clean and as expected for the price.

It was great...from the friendly check in to request for towels. Breakfast was good and the pool was open late. My kids loved the pool and lazy river staying open later..everything was inside so rain didnt stop them from enjoying time in the pool and lazy river.

Uninformed, remodel inconvenience.

We were in town visiting family and the price was. Better than most. However, their website failed to mention that there hotel was currently being remodeled. So there were a lot of inconveniences that came with that. The hallways were getting new lighting strips, and there was a lot of dust from the construction of that. The hotel door was missing. Its secure cover. Where you put your key card to there were several outlets without covers in our room. As well as apparently a leak in the bathroom causing soggy molded tiles on the ceiling there were several outlets without covers in our room. However, the balcony railings were metal and rusty, and really needed to be redone. They were having issues with their elevators to the point. We were not comfortable using them. And had to walk from the 4th floor all the way down to the lobby each day. The pool area was not kept well. The jets in the hot tub did not work. And the sitting water was so hot, you can see all of the chlorine. That was in it. The indoor pool and lazy river were not heated as advertised and the amount of chlorine in all the water was overwhelming. The surface of the flooring was so slick that even when you were cautiously walking, you still slipped, I cannot believe they have allowed that to be that way with little children using the pool. Somebody is going to seriously get hurt.
