Booked this hotol on black Friday sale. Hotel is under major renovation(much needed), which should be disclosed when booking due to the caution tape everywhere and busted holes in walls. Every faucet/shower was dripping in the 3 different rooms we stayed in. Were we displaced from our original room at 3am the 3rd night and moved to another part of the building due to a broken sprinkler head in another room, which caused evacuation. The pics of the pool and lazy river area make it appear much larger than reality and the water was very cloudy. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.

The water pipes busted in the hotel on the top floors broke flooding the hotel and leading to many having to be evacuated at 4. A.M. in the morning.

When we got there they were renovating. We did not know. The “arcade” room was a few games not what I was expecting. The pool area was like a dungeon. Not like what is pictured. There was dog poop in the hallway. When we got to our room the fridge stand was broken and the fridge was wobbly and leaking water. We went on the balcony and there was a dirty baby diaper on the air unit. We found another baby diaper behind the dresser. The room was not clean. The chair to the table in the room had bird poop on the cushion. Then, this morning a room on the 6th floor had a fire and we all had to be evacuated at 3:30 am. We were able to go back and pack our bags at 4:30 am and everything was flooding and our hall had the power shut off. So we had to carry all our stuff down 5 floors and track through standing water. Not the hotel experience I was expecting for our family holiday weekend.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK: This was the worst hotel my wife and me have ever stayed at. I booked through hotels. com and paid when we checked in, I will get to how that was a BIG mistake later. We were going on a vacation before my wife started her next round of treatments for breast cancer. It started out as ok, we could live with it. The smell of the place was like old incense or something, and the beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable, but I received a decent price so I figured we would deal with it. On the 3rd day of a week stay we were in our room as my wife was tied and laying down. A hard beating on the door then insued, I thought it was an emergency. Instead it was the manager I think his name is Nash saying the hallway stink and started accusing us of smoking, now granted we have never smoked in our lives but this man is telling, I said he could come in but he didn't. He yelled at my wife and that was the last straw as we had to get out of there before I was arrested for something he wouldn't have liked. He said a refund for the 4 days was being issued right then, we found another hotel within an hour and enjoyed the rest of our stay. I'm the end a refund was never issued, I even have the email where they tried to say it was, but the owner was caught in several lies by the customer service at hotels. com, PLEASE, pay the extra $10 a night to stay at a better place, you will thank me.

The room needed to be cleaned before the arrival. The house keeping didn't take the dirty towels and things when leaving clean ones, the ice machine did not work. Kitchen was closed and late opening. So no coffee access. Just all around not welcoming. Im unsure if staff entered my room without us in the room. But i have things i am still looking for. I will keep you posted.

I woke up to homeless people screaming in the halls on the last day of the stay. This hotel is quite filthy. I was there actually for five nights in the bed was fine, it was really all about the price, for $37 a night. You definitely are getting a $37 per night room. The carpets are absolutely filthy in the hallways. The pool is really not something you could use without feeling like you’re going to catch some type of illness. It was very unclean and had an odor. There are signs stating they are renovating, however, I saw no signs of construction on the floor. I was on or the first floor, or the pool area. It’s a great location and I’m actually really surprised that this property is aligned with Choice Hotels, because typically those are much cleaner. I really hate leaving bad reviews, but it was important that I was honest and transparent for future guest, as there are many people that bring children to pigeon Forge. And the cleanliness of this hotel is really not something you would want to have children come in contact with.

Saw the pictures thought this place looked really nice. Checked in and the entire hotel was in shambles. The pool water looked extremely dirty and smelled like mold. The hotel room was okay. I was going to ignore everything else since I was only stopping to stay the night because I was passing through the state. But once I checked out the bathroom which had poop on the walls, was dirty and I was not able to comfortably take a shower or use the bathroom. Even the towels were dingy. I immediately checked out. The photos are misleading. The doors were all propped open with the locks broken off so anybody can walk into the hotel. I was shocked to see such a rundown hotel in such a nice area. Pigeon forge Tennessee was incredible and I can't wait to return but I definitely will not be staying here again. It's so rundown I feel bad for the staff and having to make this review but I have to tell the truth.

Was greeted by friendly staff but the room was terrible. It had been smoked in..stains all over the outdated carpet.. ceiling tiles pushed up and stained...I asked about the excellent ratings and remodeled rooms I read about on here...I was told they never got a chance to remodel any rooms because their stuff was stuck in China. The manager did find me a room at a property in Gatlinburg which turned out to be a pain to get to because of the crowds. I left the next morning. The manager did arrange a partial refund but I still was stuck with a $49 upgrade bill and $33 parking bill in which I only stayed one night.
