Welcome to Parkway Poolin’! We are excited to host you for your upcoming stay in the Smoky Mountains.

Rightfully named for its proximity to the Parkway, this cabin was built in 2021 to provide a perfect balance of mountain charm and easy access to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom cabin sleeps 10 guests and features:

- Main Floor: A spacious living room, chef’s kitchen, dining area, and two bedrooms with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms.
- Second Floor: A game room with a pool table and gaming console, a primary suite with a king-size bed, and a fourth bedroom with log cabin bunk beds. All bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms.
- Amenities: A secondary TV room leading to your private indoor pool, a balcony with a private hot tub and grill, and a game room featuring Pac-Man.

Arrival Information:
We provide a touch-free check-in experience, allowing you to drive directly to the cabin. Your personal access code will be sent via text and email on the morning of your arrival. The access code for the indoor pool can be found within the digital property guide.

Neighborhood & Departure:
Located in the City View development, you are just minutes away from Dollywood and Splash Country. Upon your departure, please refer to the checklist located in the property guide.

Great location. Close to everything. House was very clean. Kitchen could use more kitchen materials. No bowls for popcorn or extra spatulas and no Tupperware for leftovers. But overall we had a great stay. Would stay here again for sure.

Parkway Poolin was great!

Awesome cabin, very convenient location, owner was very accommodating and helpful! Only negatives were the grass was not mowed/very tall and the trash was full/never emptied from the outdoor Bear cages while we were there. Quite enjoyable and would stay again! 5 stars!

Close to Everything

Property management company was great to work with, great service, very accommodating. House was clean and met our needs, though we weren’t there much because everything was so nearby. Our family of 4 + 2 friends brought along for our kids all enjoyed it.

Good and bad review

Lets start with the good, the house was in a great location and enough parking for our 3 cars but you can't park more than that. Really close to Dollywood. The road it's on is right across from the Dolly Parton stampede. Hot tub was great. Tons of room for everybody and we loves the pool table. Now for the bad, the pool only has one entrance which is down a steep spiral staircase. Said it has an outdoor entrance but that is completely unusable due to the steep grade of the yard. Not ideal for people with young children because it would be hard to carry anything down the staircase and get down safely. Also the pool is shallow and could use a heater. Beds were not comfortable. The two downstairs beds sound like they have broken bed frames and feel like they might break. Also the room to the right of the front door, needs a new mattress. Huge crater in the bed, Felt really weird sleeping in such a broken in mattress. Final issue was that the place was not completely cleaned. Under beds are really dirty and there is black dog hair everywhere. We brought toys for our son to play with and they were covered in hair after he was done playing with the toys in the living room. You can tell that someone didn't crate their dogs when they left and they scratched up the door frames. I would suggest a good deep clean before guests stay again.

Top of my list

Should you stay here? Short answer: Yes! It was fantastic! parking for 3 and comfortable sleeping for 8 in a clean cabin with great views. Dog friendly and plenty of space for all age groups to enjoy. Long answer: In the past we have stayed at other cabins in pigeon forge area, normally up king branch road. Which have awesome views but are a good ways away from everything. This was such a good change of pace. You have a awesome view of the main drag, and a some what private area with other cabins around. We were able to fit 8 people plus two dogs with no issues and the location was perfect to walk our dogs and get exercise. The inside was very clean and updated, we enjoyed the hot tub but the indoor pool really was a game changer. If I had to give you one reason to pick this cabin it would be the amount of steps. My grandparents were able to come and easily get into the cabin which only had 4 steps and stay on the first floor and not miss out on much other the pool and game room. My absolute favorite part is that you are so close to everything, a lot like the hotels on the main drag. However, you have way more room and opportunities to just relax without being bothered. I would really recommend this cabin especially if you want family or friends to go. Some downsides would be the pool I’m sure is super relaxing the summer really is not as enjoyable in December. The living room could also benefit from at least another love seat or a sectional.

Great Cabin and location

Our family loved our stay here. Nice size rooms. Indoor pool was a hit! Location was convenient to lots of attractions. Loved that the cabin was in a nice small sized community. Felt safe and convenient to take our puppy for short walks.

Beautiful but dirty

Cabin was dirty. Old pop tart in toaster, greasy pans, food down couch and chairs. Floor was filthy. Fireplace glass was broken, couldn’t use that and we could not get cable to work in theater room.

Family Vacation

Cabin was in a great location close to the parkway and multiple restaurants. Had anything and everything you need for your stay. Great parking for multiple vehicles. Pool was great for the rainy day we had and nights in. The hot tub was nice and relaxing on the deck. Overall was a great Cabin for my family and will definitely stay here again.

It was a nice stay. I really enjoyed it. I rate it a 5 star. Minor complaints about the temperature of the pool. It was too cold to swim. I would suggest a heater for it. Also, if you are to have guests on the sleeper sofas, a common bathroom would be helpful so the guest isnt going into someone's room in the middle of the night

Needs a better cleaning

Don't move anything because you'll find dirt, dust, and things left behind from the previous people. Dead bugs in every corner of the pool area, 1 or 2 would be one thing but dozens is just too much. Grill igniter was broken and no grilling utensils. There are now because I bought some and left them. Are was good and beds were comfy. Just needs a really good cleaning.

Great cabin!!

This was a great cabin! it was a perfect location right off of the parkway so it was easy to run back to the cabin in between activities. Star Chase Cabins was one of the best cabin rental companies we have used. They were very quick to respond to any questions and check on us during our trip to be sure everything was ok. We will definitely be staying again.

Great Family Cabin in Great Location

This was a fantastic family cabin located in a great spot in Pigeon Forge. It offered four king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There were plenty of space in the family areas to just hang out and chill or to play games. Entertainment options are abundant with pool table, arcade game console, swimming pool, and hot tub. Quick and easy communication with property management when needed. My family loved the cabin and it’s location. We would definitely stay again.

**Must Stay** perfect for my family!

Location Great! Grandkids loved the pool! Cabin maintained perfect temperature! Great place to chill and not kidding when it says like 3 minutes to parkway. While there were other cabins nearby you wouldn’t know it from inside or by the hot tub. We would definitely stay again! Andrew was very accommodating!

The cabin was modern and welcoming The host was very attentive to our needs. Especially loved the welcomed gifts that was waiting for us after a long drive to get there. The supplies and the amenities were enough to sustain us. the location was hidden yet close to restaurants; shopping and activities. We would stay there again.
