the 2 room suite was a good size. bathroom was tiny but spotless. ac in one of rooms didn't work but we didn't contact desk about it. sturdy bunk bed. sheets and blankets were clean and new looking . free breakfast pancakes was next door at Raegan’s. excellent pancakes with an option to upgrade to whole buffet for $7. the walk to the island is across very busy main road but there is crosswalks with lights . front desk employees were polite . they do charge $100 deposit when you check in that goes back on your card sometime . not sure how long it takes though. i was surprised by that

This was a 2-night stay for a gymnastics competition at the Sevierville Convention Center. May 31-Jun 1. This is a VERY CLEAN Red Roof Inn. Brianna was at the front desk during my check in. She was helpful through the check in process…and also helping in giving some tips on navigating the roads to get to places of interest. We had connecting rooms for my kids, dogs, myself and a family friend. This gave us plenty of room and 2 bathrooms to use! Unfortunately we accidentally locked ourselves out of the one room (with deadbolt and safety latch engaged). How? We all exited from one room, since they were connected. Then the doors between them were accidentally closed. Brianna happened to comeback for her shift the next morning and helped us locate one of the employees who can get us back in the room. It’s a little bit of a process. Once we got past that, our stay continued to be restful! This was our first time in the State of Tennessee! I can see us coming back!

The place was easy to check in and near proplar places. Staff need to be more responsible to guess request for repairs of items in room. Our smoke detector was going off in our room when we returned one evening. A employee came and push the button and the alarm went off , only to come back on shortly after the employee left. We removed the alarm from the wall so we could sleep.

The room was ok but very dirty floors. 10 mins after shower and walking around barefoot my feet were filthy. Staff were nice, check in super easy. Really need to update location but it ok for a cheap stay. The coupon for the breakfast bar next store was pretty good

The hotel was close to everything we planned on seeing such as Dolly Stampede, and many shops and entertainments we was interested in. My only complaint was free breakfast was a voucher for the restaurant next door for one stack of pancakes and a drink, if you wanted the buffet you had to pay. was kinda of misleading in the brochure.....there was a few little things but not worth mentioning. We were fairly satisfied overall.

When you first check in they charge you $100 fee for damages but when you get into your room your room is already damaged, the breakfast place next door they give you coupons for is horrible. The parking lot is a safety hazard. They tell you when you check in if you're there for more than 3 days that you will have room service come in on the third day room service never came in on our third day. There are no bathroom mats!! I cannot stress this enough get mats for your Jacuzzi rooms and bathrooms that is a safety suit waiting to happen I fell outside of the shower.

We booked a king suite and arrived fairly late. Upon entering the room it was very damp and humid and smelled very musty. There was mold on the lamp shades, plaster was falling off of the ceiling and laying all over the floor, and the fan in the bathroom was broken, so no ventilation in there whatsoever. The mattress was very hard and the couch was vinyl, damp from the humidity, and very uncomfortable. There was an ice bucket in the room, but non of the ice machines were working and the last one we found said “no ice for the season”. The gentleman in the front office confirmed that none of the ice machines were operable. With so many other options in the area, I would definitely find something else. It was late, so we toughed it out, but never again.
