Location and room was great. I had to ask for tv remote first day. Breakfast was ok but not what we expected. The popcorn for the movie was cold. My grandson didnt get to swim the pool was small and over crowded. Also thought the pool was not the cleanest. The 3 vending machines was out of order. Probably won't stay again.

The staff were excellent! They said all the rooms were remodeled but they were basically just painted over and not a good paint job either! First room we had the AC unit didnt work got put into another room where they had just fixed it! Others had issues as well! For the amount of $ we could have stayed in something better

Only problem was we didn't stay here long enough! Only about 6 hours total due to having a different hotel booked months ahead of time but arrived in Pigeon Forge ahead of schedule and ended up at the Ramsey! Breakfast very good and front desk staff checking in and out was wonderful, no complaints. Wish we could've stayed here for remainder of trip but couldn't cancel other hotel....next time in Tennessee will definitely come back to the Ramsey!

When my family and I first arrived, I approached the front desk. Someone from the bar area in unifoem said to me, "You look how I feel!" I took it as an insult because she appeared to be sloppy drunk. Otherwsi, our hotel stay was fabulous.
