Great Place for Kids!

Beautiful hotel! Great getaway for the kids. I really enjoyed the popcorn and movie at the pool. The room was very comfortable, and the location was convenient to so many attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

Best Kept Secret in Pigeon Forge

This hotel is the best kept secret in Pigeon Forge! Great breakfast buffet, eggs, grits, gravy, sausage, bacon, biscuits, cereal, yogurt, variety of fruit, bagels, toast, waffles, etc. Pool is awesome with waterfall! Hot tub is great and clean! 8 PM nightly family friendly movies with free popcorn! Great location! Friendly staff! Daily towel and bed service! Free parking and internet! This place is awesome! We will be back soon!

Horrendous! We immediately demanded cancellation of our stay and rebooked at another hotel! Expedia allowed this hotel to post misleading pics and somehow bury the negative reviews so all you see is mostly 5-star reviews! My family and I arrived at 12 midnight. The check in process was a little hectic because the night auditor acted as if she’d never been at the hotel before. We arrived at our 2-room suite. The floors were sticky to the point we could hear our shoes sticking. The walls and the room were dark with minimal lighting no windows to the outside! Only windows to the noisy lobby! It smelled of mildew and the bathroom was covered in drain flies! There were no paintings or decor in the walls! Literally it was if they threw these two rooms together! The pull out sofas, the mattress was covered in stains and debris! Words cannot convey our gross it was. There was no way I was sleeping on any of that! We asked for sheets and a bed cover and the night auditor was so lost! She was concerned about being blamed! Expedia made it so difficult to cancel even with insurance!NEVER AGAIN

Really nice stay!

We visited with our 6 year old grandson for his birthday. The indoor pool was a specific draw and it did not disappoint! He loved that feature. The beds were comfortable. The only complaints were they were understaffed with cleaning services and they didn’t get to our room. We had to retrieve towels after returning from Dollywood.
