The room was not only dirty, but included a non functional shower and a television that wouldn't turn on. The owner/manager was no help. We cancelled our 4 day stay an hour after arriving and went down the street. Absolutely would not recommend staying.

Room was dirty, tv, phone did not work. Sliding door lock broke off. I checked out early because of this and manager would not give me a bill and charged me for 2 extra nights after I told him about all above, this was the worst place I have ever stayed in my life and manager would not listen to me at all

Will not go back

Room was dirty. Sink was broke. Mountain view was nice until the sun went down and the parking lot light blasted threw your window so you couldnt even enjoy the view. I will never stay here again. 216.00 was way to much for this hole. I looked forward to swimming until i seen the pool. Nevermind!!! I do not recommend this place at all!!!!

No soap,no shampoo,no trash can in bathroom, had to go down stairs twice because remote for tv wouldn’t work went through 3 different controllers and still didn’t work, couldn’t call front desk because there wasn’t even a cord for the phone from the wall to the phone, their breakfast was eggs and sausage links no bread no cereal no fruit, kids running upstairs until like 1a.m. , pool outside was green with trash in it, the only thing good about this place, was the price and at least the beds were clean

Breakfast wasnt very good, hot tub didnt work, alot of broken things in room(phone,light fixtures) hot water in shower was just warm. Also was told when i checked in it would be a $35 per room refundable deposit(had 2 rooms) and never had my $70 refunded and nobody answers calls or messages about it! Would not go there again

To start out with got to are room and temperature was chill went to turn on heat and it didn’t work so I picked up phone and the phone cord wouldn’t stay in receiver so that didn’t work so I went to desk no one there waited 5-10 mins someone showed up said she would check breaker so wasn’t that then came to room got it unplugged then couldn’t get it back in the plug so I plugged it up long story but finally we got heat it was 48 degrees

Do not recommend. The indoor pool nor the hot tub were sanitary to swim in. Complimentary breakfast was supposed to be 7-9a, was not served till 8a because people were complaining and it was only cereal. The rooms were filthy and bathroom shower was disgusting. The paint was pealed from the walls in the room along with water damage. Horrible and disgusting is an understatement

Well first off the property they put us in a room where the balcony door didn’t shut the bedding was dirty and stained and the indoor pool is not heated no towels for the pool the fitness room smells like mold there was a guy that was nice and switched us rooms because there was black mold in the room overall don’t stay at this place

Don’t expect much!!

The first night was OK room was OK Room was clean no bugs bathing towels were dirty. Bedsheets were dirty in room jet tub was dirty. Did not use. Wi-Fi does not work. We had to call the front desk for them to cut the hot water on in our room.. lamps was broken. After 10 o’clock the front doors are locked shut you’ll have to use the back door. Hotel smells old.. breakfast we didn’t go! Didn’t even look at it… this room should not be more than 50 a night!!! But Vee at the front desk was nice! And the other guy with the pink hair didn’t catch his name but he was nice. If you’re looking for a quick night, stay nothing fancy just for two. This is the place not family oriented.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was amazing this is our second time staying here we loved it so much we only wish that the pool chair worked Staff was kind and helpful will stay again
