The stay itself wasn’t to bad service was crap. No housekeeping sheets was dirty I had to change them myself had to ask for towels and ended up getting pool towels. Pool was ice cold inside the outside pool was out of order. The workers slept and did t do their job. Was charged for 5 ppl when it was only 2. Also left 2 days earlier and no refund!

I like that the rooms are spacious. But the shower had plastic wrap to keep it from leaking, which didn’t help. Both pools and hot tub look like they haven’t been maintenance the water was disgusting.

Muy bueno, buen ambiente, la piscina buena aunque muy fría, desayuno delicioso, solo lo ofrecen fines de semana. El cuarto muy lindo y limpio. El matre es muy duro pero para el precio todo estuvo bien. Los empleados son muy amables.

The room wasn’t all that clean the bathtub was dirty and the card we used to pay for the room was changed an extra 90.00 dollars that was not approved I want be staying at this property again

Overall it was OK. The staff made up for the hotel itself. It was dirty not maintained well and what they called breakfast I wouldn’t serve to an animal. The room was some what clean just not maintained with damage and functionality. Our room was missing the security latch however we travel with an extra lock for protection that is tamper proof.

Several outlets in our room didn’t work including the one that controlled the fridge and stove and we had to wait several hours before it was fixed. We were told that breakfast would be served between 7-9 but when we got down there around 7:30 AM the guy was just now starting to cook everything in the back and bring it out one by one. It wasn’t until about 8 AM before all the food was out and it was not prepared properly. You can tell he was new and left alone to do everything front desk and breakfast. The pool was green. We stayed for a total of three nights no one came in to change our trash or give us fresh towels. When we ask for the linen for the pullout, we were given one flat sheet and another sheet to cover up with but no pillow or cover. The beds were hard and made our backs hurt after a couple of nights. The room was spacious and a convenient location. Not a terrible experience but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again … I feel like for the price my family paid we could’ve been more satisfied somewhere else.

The hotel's renovations are average, some areas are missing paint, the breakfast is terrible, most people threw away their food and many of us went out to have breakfast elsewhere, there were no towels at the pool, as advice they suggested they stop the breakfast service or improve it completely.

Room is clean hotel overall is clean. Complimentary breakfast was terrible late one morning and what was set out was barely cereal. Water did not get hot enough for a bath.

Disgusting

We didn’t stay. Booked online and when we got there we looked at room. The place was nasty. Pool was green. I will not ever book there again!!! Place needs to be condemned
