Mountain Getaway Near Red Rocks

Your cozy mountain getaway awaits near Conifer/ S Evergreen at this three story mountain-modern home. With 2 bedrooms: upper suite featuring a King bed and main level feat. a Queen bed. Upstairs loft has Queen size air mattress. The main level living room space has 2 futon couches that each lay out into full beds. This provides a total of 5 beds. 1.5 bathrooms. Main level has a jetted bathtub/ shower combo. Upper level bath if a half bath- sink and toilet.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

Staunton State Park is practically in our back yard. Highly recommend Wellington Lake! 20 minutes to Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater, Evergreen Lake, and neighboring trailheads (*Pence Park*, O’fallon Park, Corwina Park, Lair’o’the Bear Park). 30 min to S Denver. 1.5 hours from all of the major ski resorts.

Access to Beverly Rd is easy. Yet, recommend 4WD in winter months.

Please help keep cleaning rates low! Please put dirty sheets, pillow cases and towels in the baskets provided. Put used dishes in the dishwasher. Soap under sink if needed.
Please take trash to the can at the edge of driveway. Please make sure you put the bungies back on to keep wild animals out of trash.
