1-Direct entry to accommodation: A member of our team will hand over the keys directly to your accommodation. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This option has an additional cost.

2-Entry outside of this time, the additional cost depends on the arrival time.



. Online check-in is essential to complete the registration of your reservation and to streamline the arrival process at the accommodation, and it is very important to facilitate it in advance. For data protection, you can be assured that upon departure, all digitized data will be deleted from the HHR computer system.

. The deposit is not an inconvenience for your vacation. HHR prioritizes trust with our clients; communication is important, and we fully trust that if any inconvenience arises during your stay, you will inform us.

. You must pay the Tourist Tax, which is mandatory per person and per night (maximum 7 nights), for those 17 years and older.

. Our accommodations are intended for family tourism. Reservations made by groups will not be admitted.

. Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay with pets in this accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.
