This house has a private Master Suite with walk-in closet on the 1st Floor, four upstairs bedrooms, large living room, chef's eat-in kitchen & dining room, upstairs game room with pool table and wet bar, a large side deck, a front porch, Weber gas grill, cornhole set, 3 large screen TVs, two-zone central A/C, and a two-car automatic garage! This is the perfect vacation home for your group that is looking to play golf or other outdoor activities, attend a golf event, and/or explore the beautiful Village of Pinehurst and the Sandhills of North Carolina.

This house is located on a cul-de-sac in the Pinehurst No. 6 neighborhood - but NOT next to a golf hole, so golfers won't be walking through the house's beautiful yard. But it is just a few blocks away from the entrance to the neighborhood so you can quickly get to the Village's downtown area, the Pinehurst Resort, and the area golf courses.

If you want to cook, the kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to prepare and serve everything from your morning coffee to a full dinner. Along with the pool table upstairs and the cornhole set outside, there are poker chips, cards, boardgames, etc. and cable TV (including sports channels) to keep everyone entertained during the evening or the occasional rainy day.

This house has EIGHT real beds - not pull-out couches or day beds. Two of the full baths have double sinks. Two beds are queen size, and six are full/double sized. Linens, blankets, and towels are provided - all professionally cleaned, as is the whole house. Two of the full baths have double sinks. This house is set up for visitors, maintained by a local professional management company that can be reached in the case of the rare issue. We have received rave reviews from our guests.
