This newly renovated 2BD, 2BA condo is in the perfect location on Pinehurst No. 3, only steps to the 17th green.

This is the perfect place to enjoy everything that Pinehurst has to offer with plenty of sunlight from floor to ceiling windows along the entire back of the condo, and the ability to relax while watching golfers as they finish up a round on the beautiful 17th hole on Pinehurst No. 3.

The condo is located directly across from The Cradle, the Pinehurst Resort & Country Club, and the USGA Headquarters (currently being built), and within a very short ride to all the amazing dining and shops available in the quaint downtown Village of Pinehurst.

All the furnishings for the condo were recently purchased new and include space to sleep 6 people with a queen bed in each bedroom and a queen soft pullout bed as well. The space includes a washer and dryer in the unit and all towels and linens are provided.

The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with Roku Smart TVs with Netflix or any other streaming app available for use, along with Spectrum Cable TV in the living room complete with the Golf Channel.

The Master bedroom is complete with a private bathroom and spacious tub/shower, along with a dedicated desk, set up for your home-office needs with a monitor and HDMI cable to plug into your computer. There is a brand-new custom tub/shower combo in the master bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need for a weekend getaway or month-long stay, including stainless steel appliances. You will love our well-appointed, cozy condo with easy access to everything that makes this area one of the world’s most celebrated golf towns!

When you book your stay, please ensure the number of guests (up to 6) you put in the reservation is accurate, and let us know if additional guests are added later. Provisions are provided depending on the number of guests, and we are required to know how many people may be in the building in case of an emergency.

The Pine Valley neighborhood and Village of Pinehurst area are both perfect for walking. Feel free to take a walk around the neighborhood at your leisure.

There is a doorbell camera for the safety and security of our condo. The camera is pointing outwards, and will only record motion and audio directly outside the front door.

Our condo is suitable for infants and toddlers, but please note that we do not have cribs or highchairs onsite.

The entire condo, including all high-touch surfaces, is cleaned and sanitized and all linens and towels are laundered between each guest. If you need to wash linens or towels, feel free to use the washer/dryer and detergent pods provided.

Being in the warm climate of the South and surrounded by pine needles and vegetation, small bugs can very occasionally make their way into the space, particularly during warm months. We make every effort to prevent this from happening and the condo is treated for pests regularly. Please let us know if you have any concerns regarding this. We do ask that you keep patio doors closed when you are not entering/exiting the home, but feel free to utilize the screens on the back patio doors.
