Linen is changed on a weekly basis and is available at a supplementary charge. Towels are likewise changed weekly and are subject to an additional fee. Weekly room cleaning is available on request and is offered as an extra service. Please be aware that the property does not feature a lift, so access to the apartments requires the use of stairs. The neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise, and guests are kindly expected to maintain quietness and observe considerate behaviour throughout their stay. The apartment features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, distributed across a well-organized and luminous interior with comfortable, cosy furnishings throughout. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the space, equipped with 2 sofabeds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to a large south- and west-facing balcony that offers marvellous views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The balcony is furnished for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. The 1 double bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a restful and private sleeping space. The kitchen is fully functional, featuring a mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and a freezer, making it well suited for preparing meals during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. Please note that the building does not have a lift, and access to the apartment is via the stairs to the 2nd floor.
