Apartment located within the recently renovated monumental complex of the former Regina Elena seaside summer camp, an example of rationalist architecture, surrounded by a vast garden that isolates it from noise. The property retains the original features of the structure, particularly the very high ceilings that give a sense of spaciousness to the rooms. Upon entering the apartment, the living area is equipped with a fully functional kitchen. This space is characterized by a bow window and a large curved wall with seven fan-shaped windows, which illuminate the room and offer a charming 180-degree view of the sea. The sleeping area is set on an open loft, where the double bed is positioned. The apartment has two bathrooms, one on each level, and is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, and mosquito nets. In the cellar, an umbrella, deck chairs, and bicycles are available. A cycle path leads to Tirrenia and Marina di Pisa. The city of Pisa can be reached by continuing along the bike path. From the condominium garden, there is direct access to the beach, characterized by fine sand and the typical natural dunes of the Pisa coastline, which make the landscape very picturesque and wild. In front of our condominium building, free and equipped beach areas alternate.
On the opposite side, just outside the condominium gate, there is a supermarket, bakery, shops, restaurants, ice cream shop, caffe, church, pharmacy, bus stop. Parking space inside the condominium parking lot.

Die Wohnung von Roberto ist sehr schön, direkt am Meer mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Im Apartment gibt es alles was man braucht. Es ist ordentlich und sauber. Für uns drei war mehr als genug Platz. Es gibt einen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände.Der Vermieter Roberto ist sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
