A lovely hotel set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, offering a great opportunity to relax. Our room was great, offered lots of amenities and had a wonderful view across the loch. The service was first class throughout the hotel with extremely attentive, friendly and supportive staff. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable weekend away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Fabulous place in a beautiful setting. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with excellent storage and a lovely en-suite shower room. We were fortunate that the weather was good enough that the walk from the room (a Woodland lodge) to the hotel for meals was pleasant but an umbrella as provided jut in case! We enjoyed using the pool and thermal suite which was never busy. The food was excellent and there was lots of choice at breakfast.

Don’t choose this if you want an authentic castle stay. Was not that at all. But hotel was beautiful rooms nice beds comfortable and beautiful location overlooking river. Super expensive and nothing of a castle to look at at all.

It was such a relaxing few days. The staff were so friendly. Accommodation was special and although this time we didnt have a view it didn't take away from the room itself. The food was delicious and the ample breakfasts were a treat. Easy walk into Pitlochry and Festival Theatre very close by.
