The 1/3 lights in our room were broken, which was unfortunate. Also we were missing lotion and only had 1 full towel. We loved it here I just think the ball was dropped a little on in room amenities

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a very disappointing experience. There was no parking lot, which made our stay very inconvenient. Although my reservation included breakfast, the restaurant staff were unaware of it, and I had to keep going back and forth between the restaurant and reception to fix the issue. The service was awful. We only received basic amenities such as bottled water and paper cups once, even though we paid for four nights. When we asked for more, we were told we had to buy them. The room facilities were poor the mattress was torn and dirty, and the housekeeping staff didn’t change the blankets or pillow covers during cleaning. The location felt unsafe, and overall, this hotel does not meet the standards expected from the Hilton brand. I truly do not recommend staying here.

This is a pretty good hotel. It’s clean and walking distance to city. It’s not plush but there are nice beds and duvets. The cleaning staff piled towels and trash, that wasn’t mine, next to my door for some reason. So that was weird. But otherwise a decent place

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Pittsburgh! We had an incredible experience at the Joinery Hotel Pittsburgh! From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the entire property was impeccably maintained. One of the best parts? The location. We were able to walk everywhere—restaurants, shops, and most importantly, Acrisure Stadium for the Steelers game! It made our trip so much more enjoyable not having to worry about parking or long commutes. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was stylish yet welcoming. Whether you’re in town for a game, a weekend getaway, or just exploring the city, I highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be back!

The room is too small, not enough room to turn the bell cart around. The toilet paper holder is damaged, and there was a hole in the carpeting, and couldn't find the outdoor lounge, because there was no signage when you get off the elevator. And several of the electrical outlets didn't work.
