A storm went thru the area and knocked out the power for a little over 24 hours. No lights, no A/C, NO HOUSEKEEPING! (We checked in on Monday and the first day for housekeeping was Thursday), checked out Friday. We received no compensation for the lack of amenities. We always choose Hampton, but will think twice. Shouldn’t a large hotel chain have a plan B in case of emergencies.
